Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Centrally located! Lakes and trails abound!

This has been our family home since the 1960's. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for clean and comfortable, we try our best!! It is 1 mile from Longville, 40 miles to Pine River, 30 miles to Walker, and only minutes away from many lakes and trails. *we are currently in the process of working on some much needed repairs to the deck, siding, and such so please keep in mind it may be in some degree of repair if you book through the summer of 2025*

Ted’s place was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the beautiful sunsets on Washburn lake, campfires on the beach. We played Yahtzee at the large dining room table. We cooked and grilled out every night! Beds are extremely comfortable! Showers had great water pressure. Amenities were great! We loved it all and Ted was warm, responsive and a wonderful host! We will be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow's place — calm, peaceful, and pleasant from start to finish. The sunroom with glass windows all around was an amazing extension, giving us an immersive experience of the surrounding trees, nature, and gentle light throughout the day. We spent hours just relaxing there, listening to the sounds of the woods and watching the light change. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, and the location beside the pond made everything feel serene. There are so many things to explore nearby, like Tioga beach and a good number of lakes and bays to catch sunset. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay at Marv and Jills! Beautiful, well stocked home. Everyone had a great time. The lake was great for fishing, floating and pontoon rides. The home is well stocked with everything you need and even items you don't think of! Very quiet and relaxing. They were always quick to respond to questions. Definitely will come again!

Your Private Island Getaway

Absolutely beautiful home on its own little island. We stayed for New Year’s with our 3 kids and another family with their 3 kids. Between the rec room (hooked up our own Nintendo Switch for Mario Kart competitions) and the movie theatre downstairs they never were board. The grill was easy to use for steaks, the kids had fun finding some dry sticks/logs and starting a fire in the fire pit, and just walking to property looking for and identifying different animal tracks! Would be a perfect snomobilers retreat with access directly from the driveway to the lake (we had planned to bring ours if there was more snow) bathrooms on all 3 levels, bedrooms had all the necessities, kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/bowls we needed. We used the large kitchen table for infinite games!

We had 7 guys up for a golf trip and this was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, and the view of the lake was wonderful! Highly recommended if you’re headed this direction with a group or have families with kids!!
