What a cozy, comfy spot to enjoy steamy coffee on the beautiful screened in deck porch overlooking lake, fish from the dock or enjoy a bonfire at sunset on a private little beach! Quiet, clean and relaxing- a perfect getaway! We left an item at The Boathouse and Rob had it in the mail the same day! We look forward to a return visit!

This was our third time staying at the MN Kind Lodge. The area is beautiful and there’s plenty of outdoor winter activities. When you are done exploring, the cabin is the perfect cozy spot to relax and warm up. We love the cabin because it can fit our large group comfortably and everyone has their own bed!

I have a lot of favorite places... this place though... has moved to the top of my list. highly recommend!

Had a great stay At Emily's place, it was like our own little resort out on a point and private. We enjoyed the sandy beach with kayaks. We fished off the dock and our grandson caught lots of panfish. I caught a few Northern pike from the dock. The cabins were clean and comfortable. One cabin has a nice deck and we gathered there for meals. They have several fire pits, and we gathered around the fire most nights. It is only a few minutes from Grand Rapids and an easy run for groceries or coffee.

Love the remodeled Cozy Cabin! Place is awesome for a couple to get away and relax. We will be back schedule permitting!!

Easy to communicate with the Host. Great cabin. Lake was full of fish and they supplied everything you needed to clean any thing you caught. The pontoon being available for rent was a game changer. Kids loved riding around and catching fish.

Wonderful weekend with the kids and the dog. Loved the hot tub and the game room. Lovely, cozy place to enjoy as a family.

Wow what an incredible house! Easily the nicest and largest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We spent Easter weekend here as a little holiday retreat for our kids and they had a blast! The house is huge but the property itself is massive!! Beautiful clean home, I will definitely book again!

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

We had a wonderful time swimming, fishing off the dock (caught a nice sized large mouth bass & panfish) and boating. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayak and screened in porch. We used the fire pit one night before the mosquitoes came out. We didn’t use the hot tub. We rented a pontoon from Brett at Island View Resort. He also sold bait, gas and a map of the lake with tips for fishing the lake. We caught crappies, bass, panfish and northern. The bunkhouse was prefect for our two boys. Our daughter enjoyed the loft room. It was nice that there were 2 fans. The kitchen was well equipped and we liked having a large electric skillet. Didn’t use the washing machine except for washing the towels before we checked out. The beds were comfortable. We also liked the large dining room table -used it to play games in the evening. We’d definitely recommend getting peanut butter twists from Pattens restaurant in Orr. It was a very relaxing vacation. We’d definitely rent it again.

Beautiful space, everything was clean and worked great. Hot tub and sauna are great amenities. Very private. Aaron was responsive and is a great host!

My friends and I went up for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and we had a great experience at this place! We had an issue with some of the lights and they sent someone over right away and they got them working. Great communication and beautiful cabin!

The home was so comfy with thoughtful details to make each area of the home just perfect. We loved all the special decor touches. We went to relax and got that for sure. Deer coming into the yard while we were using the outdoor hot tub was an unexpected delight.

Mariah was an excellent host and the cabin was exactly what we were expecting. Will definitely stay again if in the area. 5 stars for host and cabin.

It was my second time making a trip up to Josh's place. Such beautiful and peaceful cabin and in a great location. All the amenities of home and right down the road from Red Lake. Would highly recommend to those planning a trip to fish Red Lake.

We had a great stay! Our original accommodations canceled the night before our trip up north, and she accepted our trip right away! She was very responsive, overall would stay again!!

Our family enjoyed a relaxing getaway and spent time snowshoeing around the property on the trails. Peaceful and quiet space.

We booked this home because of a wedding at a nearby venue. 7 of us enjoyed the living room with cozy blankets, the electric fireplace. The kitchen with was spacious fully stocked & great for the few meals we had there. A variety of spices & a plethora of pots/pans/cooking equipment was a bonus. the kitchen table had enough chairs and space for everyone- which we appreciated. Other places we have stayed at - didn’t have enough seating for us even though we under the max people allowed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enough towels for all. I had a problem turning on the water - and the hosts responded very quickly to help resolve the issue. Very responsive & available to help. We would consider this home in the future for a longer stay- but it worked perfectly for our short stay & event.

Our young kids had so much fun! The highlights for them were definitely the swing set and the boat rental.
