House was perfect for our girls getaway. Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Felt like home away from home.

I had such a great stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The house was spotless and exactly like the photos no surprises, just comfort. Kim was fantastic super responsive, which made the whole experience even better. One of my favorite parts was the peaceful backyard. It was the perfect place to unwind. We came to New Smyrna for a baseball tournament and walking into the home , seemed like we were in our own house. Nothing felt out of place and we had all we needed to relax and unwind. We would definitely rebook for next year!

Our family stayed at Marilyn’s home for a few days to relax and enjoy her pool during our kiddo’s graduation week. She was very accommodating, had clear requests and instructions, and was quick to respond to my own messages. There were zero issues with communication or amenities. Everything is pretty much on the same road of the house and if not, everything is no more than 20 minutes away. It was honestly a really great place, better than a hotel for sure. Definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Firstly, I would have to say cleanliness is the most important part of selecting accommodation. This Airbnb is absolutely spotless !! It has lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furnishings. Just hop Skip and a jump to the beach. There are great shops directly across the street if you need anything such as groceries. Especially enjoyed the hot water outdoor shower. Very handy to eliminate bringing sand in the house, especially if you have children. I found there to be zero road noise :) The house is very secure & smells fresh. A nice touch to the Airbnb was water in the fridge and coffee with a well prepared kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend this cutie. Five stars all the way.

King G. was a real gracious host if we ever go back to Florida I'll see you about staying with him again. I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

Really great place! Sadly the door code didn’t work at first when we got there, but Will was very quick to respond and helped us out. After that we didn’t have a problem the rest of the trip, and the house itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. 😁

We had a great time in Port Orange. A very quiet area. Joe`s place was beautiful and very comfortable, and convenient for the beach and eateries. Joe was the perfect host, with excellent communication. A special thanks to Joe`s handyman, who very quickly sorted an issue due to a power surge caused by a thunderstorm. We would highly recommend Joe`s place to anybody seeking a peaceful time in Port Orange.

Fabulous. Very clean house, very well stocked, and it’s hard to imagine a better or more dynamic view. The location is one-of-a-kind. The hosts are very responsive. Stay there if you can!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. It is in a lovely, quiet community. The house and furnishings are very nice and the host was easy to work with.

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

This is a great little house with a really big fenced yard for your pet. Felt right at home with everything you need. Definitely recommend. Also right around the corner from many restaurants and stores. Kolbi was very responsive and easy to work with.
