Very comfortable condo. Great view! Close to food store for all necessities.

Great location and great value. Hosts were excellent at communicating with.

The Unit was great and so was the host! Checking in was easy, as long as you get there before 10pm. Parking for one car was always available. Unit located on the 5th floor and close enough to elevator and entrance which made unpacking and forgetting something in the car not a big trek. Location is great at the Oceanwalk. On the beach with pools open till late at night. Pools were heated and beach was nice and clean. The only negative is that the Sun disappears behind the building by 2pm. But you only notice on a chilly day and if you are by the pools. As for the unit itself, it’s very nice. Views from the main balcony were stunning during Sunrise and Moonrise. The HVAC systems worked great and the beds were fine. Our kids had a great time. Host was very responsive. One the first night the water was cold. The next day someone was there and thankfully it was resolved quickly, with no issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

I was extremely happy with this rental and the hosts. We came in for Rockville and this rental was a very convenient location only 20minutes from the speedway. The hosts were great with communication and the rental its self was fabulous for the 2 of us. 10/10!

Had a great time at resort. Rooms were great and had no complaints. Sliding door to deck needs adjustment, but a little muscle and it closes. Weather, beach and everything there was great.

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Christina was wonderful! She responded quickly and very helpful! The place had bc an amazing view! Very clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed. We plan to book this place again in since we frequent Daytona. Love the door lock.

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

The house is very spacious, well kept, very welcoming, clean and felt like home away from home. The home is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Paula is a great host, very professional, easy to communicate with and always available.

We had the most wonderful stay ! It provided the perfect environment for our family to relax and unwind while preparing for my son’s wedding. The space was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The hosts were also fantastic — very responsive and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their attention to detail made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and accommodating stay!

Very clean home with a beautiful back yard and a lot of attention to detail. Lots of amenities that were much appreciated.

We had a great stay here. My mom is from New Smyrna so we were familiar with the area, which is one of the reasons we picked this spot. Nice neighborhood to walk furbabies, and one of the 3 community pools was a very short, less than 5 minutes away, walk. The beach is also very close, with a path to access it. There were a couple issues, but the communication was top notch and I felt very respected and cared for. Thanks again!

Friendly and attentive host, check in & check out were very easy and flexible. Very well-located property with many restaurants and places to visit nearby (5-10 minutes by car), including the beach! The property is comfortable and meets all basic needs with classic decor & furniture. The beds and sofa match the description, the kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for my large family and their partners to all stay together. It was so clean, nicely but comfortably decorated, very organized, and nice little touches added to each room to welcome you. It had everything we could need for the perfect beach vacation. Even with the house facing a well traveled road, it was very quiet and a non issue. Lots of parking in front and easy to go in and out. Large kitchen fully equipped and a wonderful peaceful back yard pool with spa, covered patio and upper wrap around deck. I will definitely be recommending and utilizing this property in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! We were met at check in and familiarized with the condo and the condo complex. Beach towels were provided as well as 3 beach chairs. The kitchen is nicely appointed and included an air fryer! They’re so handy! Would stay here again!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

This was a wonderful place to stay to be right in the action for Daytona Beach. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. The pool and beach access was perfect. This spot is walkable to many nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I loved the place. Extremely pleased and the view was perfect !!! We have nothing bad to say at all over this rental !!! As a matter of fact we will be coming back next year !!!

As a previous reviewer already said.....location, location, location! This is the best place to stay in Daytona Beach. The resort is absolutely amazing. Pheap's condo was immaculate on arrival. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. My only problem was actually leaving!!!!!!!! I could have stayed a month!!!! Great job on this rental!

This was a very clean and comfortable unit. Scott was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The building itself is a little out of the way from most restaurants bars and entertainment but it’s a very quick drive or cheap uber to get to wherever you want to go. We would stay here again!

Loved Tony’s place. Clean, well designed and very comfortable. Two things would be good to add - 1) Simple Curtains on the Sliding Glass Door facing the ocean. The glare is very bright all morning. 2) Remove the high table and chairs and add two regular chairs like the ones there and an end table.

Just wrapped up a wonderful vacation at Pelican View! Having visited the Daytona area multiple times while my daughter was in college there, I can honestly say this is the best unit I've stayed in locally BY FAR. From the easy garage access to the pristine nature of the condo's interior, everything was just... easy. The hosts were phenomenal with their overall welcoming nature and quick response time when needed. As an added bonus, we quickly discovered Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill on the pier less than a 5 minute walk away! Many quick meals and tasty beverages were consumed at this convenient location on the pier. Finally, we had never stayed outside of the main strip of Daytona Beach and I much prefer this unit's Daytona Shores location: Overall it's much quieter, cleaner, and generally less of a tourist-trap feel. All in all, I would highly recommend Pelican View for anyone needing accommodation in this area and will certainly be back in the future.
