Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little home. It was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed in great proximity to all of the places we were going. Maria was wonderful to work with, providing clear and concise instructions for check in and out and was also very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends. We may be back next Easter! 🤗

This was my second time staying at the beach house and it was once again an amazing stay! Great location right on the beach with all the bars and restaurants only a 7 minute walk down the sand. Love it here!

Marj's cottage at New Smyrna Beach is absolutely lovely and in a safe and peaceful location. She keeps the cottage in pristine condition, and it has everything we might want--umbrella, chairs, coolers, beach towel, etc.--for a perfect day at the beach. Marj is a kind and responsive host. She goes above and beyond to help and check-in. I was able to meet her just as we arrived. She's a warm and friendly person; you couldn't ask for a better host.

Always a very cute space and very convenient location for us. The space is very cute and comfortable and checkin and checkout have always been a breeze.

My stay at Sharon's condo was truly exceptional. Having visited NSB for 12 years, I've had numerous opportunities for comparison. If you're currently viewing this property, I recommend booking it promptly. The condo's cleanliness and comfort were remarkable. Sharon's meticulous attention to detail is evident, providing everything from cooking essentials and storage containers to complimentary toiletries, beach equipment, and kids' toys. The condo also features helpful notes throughout and an extremely comfortable bed. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. We had a great stay at Jeff and Krista's! We would highly recommend staying here while visiting the area! We plan to book again the next time we are in town!!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

The condo was great and the pool area was very nice. Everything you need was there. I liked that we had a gated entrance and garage parking, very secure. Whenever we contacted Danny, we had a response immediately. Would definitely go there again!
