We loved the location and the place was just what we needed. Just like the pictures and the host was impressively responsive. Will def book again.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

This was a great place for our family of six. Host Lisa was great, responsive and attentive. The area had plenty of activities, stores and restrauants. Also used all the amenities from the game room to the available beach items for the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you again

We had such a great week staying at Noah’s condo! It is right on the beach with beautiful beach views. Noah text me to check in and see how things were going. There were 2 rocket launches during our stay that we could see from the balcony, we would’ve never known had Noah not told us! :) One of the bedrooms is facing the beach with an awesome view of the ocean! 4 of us stayed in this condo and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. The couches and chairs were very comfortable. They have TVs in every room. The beds were very comfortable and the closets had plenty of room to hang our clothes. Plenty of towels and linens. Super easy access to the beach. There was a very nice and clean outdoor pool. 2 elevators. Private laundry. We go to Ormond Beach every year to visit family and decided to try a different place this year and I am SO HAPPY we did. We will definitely be returning! Definitely worth it! Thank you so much Noah!

This was my first ever stay in an airbnb and Zeus Royalty made it hard to top! The home is kept clean, the bed is cozy, and the area is filled with convince. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. I never felt worried about being in someone else’s space. Truly a home away from home. I will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!

The place was spotless and had a beautiful view. It looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only downside was there is only one car allowed to park on-site and while there was parking in a lot across the street there were tow away signs, making it very risky to park if you have more than one vehicle. This spot is ideal for a couple or family traveling together. The airbnb was very clean, bed and pull out were comfortable, and it was super easy to access. It was affordable and worth the price.

We have been to Jeep Beach 3 years now and found Airbnb's. I am also a superhost. This is the only one we have already said we want to come back to because we felt so comfortable and peaceful! You had everything here and it was very relaxing. Even close to the ramp to enter the beach. We couldn't ask for more. I even enjoyed putting my OCD to use and cleaning up but there were no cleaners at hand so I used basic water, dish soap and the broom. Lisa is an excellent administrator and hostess for your team! She is right on top of everything! You couldn't ask for a better leader!!! She contacted me the day before thru text and we were all set! Looking forward to another return! We loved our stay here in NSB! It felt perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The condo itself is wonderful- everything was well stocked from kitchen items to beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach umbrellas. The bathroom had nice big towels and lovely soaps provided. Every detail was well thought through. We appreciated having laundry available during our stay. The property is quiet and peaceful… loved the easy access to beach, pool, and parking. The ocean views are beautiful from the condo. Stephanie and Greg were wonderful hosts and excellent communicators- appreciated their quick communication and attention to detail- making sure we were settled and had our needs met. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back too!

The owners were very responsive, check in was a breeze and check out was even easier. We had what we needed in the condo right at our fingertips. The ocean front location is super convenient and there are multiple choices for dining, some within walking distance and others only a short drive from the condo. This rental should be one to consider when you are visiting Daytona.

Conrad was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He’s super helpful and available. The place was cozy with an ocean view. It was also quiet. Very clean. Great place to stay for a few nights at Daytona. The only tricky thing was the parking.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

I have stayed at a lot of properties on Daytona, and this is by far the best one. When I arrived, there was somebody to show me around which I had never had before so I didn’t have any issues finding where things were because I had a nice in-depth tour when I got there. The view was beautiful never really had to ask the host for anything because the tour was so informational. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you’re trying to find a good one for the summer with friends and family.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!

I’ve stayed at some Airbnb’s that are so falsely advertised and will be disgusting but it was a relief that we didn’t have to worry about that. Can’t wait to be able to stay again sometime!

Really great place! Sadly the door code didn’t work at first when we got there, but Will was very quick to respond and helped us out. After that we didn’t have a problem the rest of the trip, and the house itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. 😁

Great place and amazing view! Super clean.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my Mother-In-Law at John Knox Village, which is 5 minutes away. Local hotels are not nice and this provided a perfect substitute, and just what we needed. The RV park, though densely packed with RVs and tiny homes, was perfectly peaceful, quiet at all hours, clean, and safe. The pool was clean and mostly unoccupied. Marc’s tiny homes offer comfort for short or long term stays. We stayed for 10 days, but could be comfortable for longer. The location offers easy access to the highways, shops, and surrounding cities. Only 45 minutes to Daytona. Kitchen has plenty of pans and utensils to cook small or larger meals without issue. We will book a stay with Marc again and look forward to doing so.

Home was perfect. Easy to find and check in. Arrived to an unexpected but awesome gift from the host. Everything was exactly as described and more beautiful in person.

I felt right at home here. The condo had everything we needed. I liked the security of the private parking and locked entrances. The master bedroom area, including the master bath, were my favorite place to relax second to the private balcony with ocean views. The place was clean and exceeded our expectations. I loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room area. I would love to stay here again! Thank you again 🙏
