"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Best part of our Italy trip! We loved our stay at Casa Marinella, and Monica has thought of every detail to make for a wonderful and peaceful vacation! Relax by the pool and enjoy breathtaking views. This house is the perfect place for two families traveling together. It’s incredibly cozy, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with amenities that let you truly enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hosts went above and beyond — welcoming us with fresh fruit, traditional sweets, bottled water, coffee, milk, and a selection of Tuscan wines, which we truly appreciated. They also provided high-quality Italian hygiene products, which added a thoughtful and luxurious touch to our stay. One of the highlights for us was the host’s responsiveness. Communication was always fast, helpful, and friendly — a detail that made a big difference. We didn’t get a chance to use the private pool due to our tight schedule, but the property still gave us a real sense of independence, comfort, and safety. I 100% recommend this property. What a great place to stay while visiting Tuscany. The home is a renovated medieval watchtower located up a dirt road, tucked on a hilltop overlooking the valley. Jacopo, the host, was so kind, hospitable and responsive during our 5-day visit. Would definitely recommend this place to explore Tuscana.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly welcomed by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful area with a wonderful swimming pool between the olive trees and it is really equipped with every comfort. Very nice is also the charger for the electric car. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also great. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the great time in your beautiful home.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

The fantastically beautiful Casa del Capitano has been renovated with great care and respect for the historic building, the environment and nature. The amenities are luxurious (e.g. brick whirlpool made of natural stone) and really all conceivable amenities are provided (e.g. ice cube machine). The view is incredible, 270 degrees of sea view is hard to comprehend. The hosts were always available, reliable, organized everything perfectly and accompanied us with advice and assistance (e.g. where to shop on Sundays after arrival by ferry) – from check-in to departure. In particular, the personal contact was exceptionally warm and very likeable. There were many small, loving details such as fresh lemons from the garden as well as herbs and "Elba fragrance" (Aqua dell'Elba) in the house. And the most detailed compilation of information about the house and surroundings I've ever seen. You can feel that nothing has been spared here to make guests feel completely comfortable.

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

very large accommodation and in a perfect location: quiet but central. House equipped with everything you need, including coffee. Volterra is also the perfect starting point for visiting the surroundings, often more crowded and touristy. (and we always ate very well) Francesco was a friendly and helpful host who gave us all the help we needed and made sure the stay went well.

This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed it. The accommodation was luxurious in an absolutely stunning area of Tuscany. The rolling fields and cypress tree made a spectacular setting for this beautiful house. We had hired a car and this place was a 20 minute drive from Siena. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings are beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Our vacation at Angela and Luigi's was very successful. Everything was as described. The accommodation is very authentic, not modernized, with a lot of charm, but you could get more out of the apartment with a few small changes (e.g. new tablecloth in the kitchen, new cutlery), but in the end, something like that is not important. For us, the beds were not so comfortable, but that is very subjective. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is a dream: loungers, parasols, toys - everything is there. We only imagined the playground to be better. It is important to mention, however, that you should be pain-free when it comes to flying. They are everywhere and there are many! Luigi's hospitality was exceptional (we only saw Angela briefly). He was very fond of children, showed us the yard and his machines, brought us the yard's own fruit and jam and also invited us to an espresso during his break. Overall, an honest recommendation!

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

This is a fabulous house. While we were there we had not so great weather so a lot of the outdoor space went unused but we did have one evening that it was nice enough to sit outside and over look the valley. This is a house that is not walkable to anything. We would say they "live in the country". We didn't have an issue with this since we had hired a driver but be aware that there is nothing close by. The owners were so responsive and so kind during check in. Couldn't have asked for better owners.

This place was magical, if you are going to be in the area I highly recommend staying here. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. Paola and Luigi were so friendly and kind. We are recommending this place to everyone we know.

It gave us exactly what we needed, a private and calm place to relax with a beautiful view, lots of space by the pool, around the garden, and if we wanted to be on our own, in our separate space. The hosts were really friendly and had great suggestions for places to go and always were responsive in case we needed anything, but they also gave us the space we needed – just what we were looking for.
