Great two night stay in central Florence. Walkable from the train station and all the sights. We spent so much time exploring the city we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities of the space but it was well laid out for short or long stays. Would recommend.

Great place to stay with almost brand new equipment. Vanessa answered very quickly to all of our questions gave us a very nice welcome to Lucca!

The vintage studio was perfect for me for two weeks. It’s in a great location with all the major sites walkable in 10-20 minutes including the station. There are great restaurants and bars nearby but the triple glazing means it is really quiet inside. Salvatore is so kind and helpful even bringing me a brand new kettle for my English tea ! And a toaster which is handy. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back to stay here when I am back in wonderful Florence.

The apartment was absolutely perfect — comfortable, clean, and in an ideal location to explore the beauty of the city. I truly appreciated how clear and detailed your instructions were for accessing the apartment. it made everything so easy and stress-free from the start. Francesco and Teresa were responsive and available whenever I had a question, it really made me feel welcome and cared for during my stay.

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️
