This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).

Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
