Deze mooie centraal gelegen accommodatie is net nieuw. De studio met 2 verdiepingen is gelegen in de grote omgebouwde schuur grenzend aan onze eigen woning. Het heeft een ruime eigen tuin met bbq en tuinset waar je heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten. Beneden is een knusse, smaakvol ingerichte woonkamer met keuken. Beiden zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Boven is een grote slaapkamer en ruime moderne badkamer met stortdouche. De studio is geschikt voor 2 personen en eventueel nog een klein kindje.

Er zijn dus geen andere gasten.. Grote SmartTV met Netflix, snelle Wifi. Rolluik en horren. Keuken: vaatwasser, 4 pits kookplaat (2021), afzuigkap, combi-oven (2021), waterkoker, 2 x koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, serviesgoed. De geheel nieuwe badkamer is voorzien van een toilet en regendouche.

In 2018 kochten we ons droomhuis. Tijdens de volledige renovatie hebben we besloten om de aanbouw in te richten als gastenverblijf. We zijn trots op het resultaat en willen het graag met jullie delen! Het appartement is luxe en knus ingericht met zoveel mogelijk originele materialen uit het oude huis. Prive opgang en terras, comfortabel bed, fijne ruime badkamer, kitchenette voor het zelf te regelen ontbijt en lunch. De studio is zeer goed geïsoleerd, heeft vloerverwarming en bij uitzonderlijke hete dagen vloerkoeling. Onze vakantiewoning 't Uusje van Puut is gelegen net buiten Koudekerke aan de rand van ’t Moesbosch, een klein natuurgebied. Vanuit de tuin heeft u uitzicht op de duinen van Dishoek. Het is genieten van rust, ruimte en natuur. Met een beetje geluk kunt u ’s avonds zelfs een ree spotten. Ook in de herfst en winter is het heerlijk vertoeven in ons huisje. Na lekker uitgewaaid te zijn op het strand, kom je thuis en kun je genieten bij een gezellig haardvuurtje.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, slapen aan zee.

De Zevenklapper ligt op 5 minuten wandelen van het strand en boulevard en op 5 minuten fietsen van het centrum. Je vindt hier een Ibiza style gastensuite voor 2 personen. Gerealiseerd in juni 2022. Nadat je 's ochtends ontwaakt in de boxspring bak je je croissants af in je eigen keuken. Drink een kop koffie op je eigen terras in de ochtendzon. Spring onder de regendouche en ontdek wat Zeeland te bieden heeft. Het leven is zo mooi.
