In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Verwen jezelf en kom genieten van mekaar aan zee. Dit nieuwe penthouse heeft alle comfort en moderne voorzieningen. Naast een slaapkamer met grote smart TV, een keukentje en een badkamer, zijn er 2 grote houten terrassen, 1 met zijdelings zeezicht, een buitenbad en een buitendouche, alsook ligzetels en een elektrische bbq.

Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Beach House The Beach House is one of the stylish suites of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee with its own entrance in the center of Vlissingen. This cozy two-room apartment features a living room with cozy sitting area and dining table, a separate bedroom and a kitchen with everything for a comfortable stay. Feel welcome in this newly renovated studio of 31m2 with comfortable sofa, sheltered roof terrace and modern kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. The bedroom is bright and fresh, as are the toilet and the bathroom with rain shower. Our studio is brand new and equipped with every comfort. The studio has a loft-like character with a separate toilet and bathroom. You have a full kitchen including dishwasher and you can enjoy the private balcony facing south.

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

Welcome to the apartment in our 1930s home in Vlissingen. Relax and unwind in this stylish and fully furnished space. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Including linens. You can prepare your breakfast and other meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area, and there is also a balcony where you can relax if the weather is favorable. Close to Boulevard, beach and dunes. 2 km to the Westerschelde ferry and 6 km to Middelburg.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).

The apartment is located on the Boulevard de Ruijter, near the statue of Michiel de Ruijter and the Arsenal and a beautiful view of the Westerschelde. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. The city-center with all (nightlife) facilities is at the backside. Public transport is within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for couples and business travelers.
