Welcome to our Duinhuisje in the dunes of Zoutelande, with the beach less than 100 meters away. Close to bigger places like Middelburg, Domburg and Veere. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Complete studio in converted horse stable

Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a beach for swimming. You can also hike in the nature reserve or see Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There is plenty of hiking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Modernly furnished studio with a comfortable king size box spring and a sunny private terrace. Beach, forest, park, shops (Lidl, bakery, etc.) and Boulevard within walking distance. We only rent out 1 room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast WiFi. Shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The brand new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Elke's studio at the bottom of the dike

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Vacation home within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer

Just outside the village of Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer, lies our simple but complete vacation home. The cottage is separate from our own house and has its own entrance. You have access to your own toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and take a seat on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. The location makes this a perfect base for walks and bike rides.

Apartment close to beach and dunes

This completely newly furnished apartment is located near the beach (10-minute walk), from the balcony you have a nice view of the dunes. The apartment is cozily decorated with a "beach look" and is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Balcony on the southwest and a private parking space. The kitchen has an oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. WiFi available. There is a playground to play. Towels and bedding are provided.

Studio 27, a 5-minute walk to the sea!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

This renovated apartment is located in one of the most emblematic streets of Middelburg. Right in the heart of the city, restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural attractions and public transport are steps away. Breakfast in the patio, to the abbey, wandering around the city and closing the evening with (self-prepared) dinner and a visit to the local cinema. All the ingredients for a carefree stay in Middelburg and our BnB.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).
