De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Luxe ingerichte studio met parkeergelegenheid, 5 minuten lopen van de boulevard, Nollenbos, strand en restaurants. Prive opgang en terras, comfortabel bed, fijne ruime badkamer, kitchenette voor het zelf te regelen ontbijt en lunch. De studio is zeer goed geïsoleerd, heeft vloerverwarming en bij uitzonderlijke hete dagen vloerkoeling. Een heerlijk rustige omgeving om lekker uit te rusten, fietsen, wandelen of gewoon een lekker boek lezen. Huisdieren niet toegestaan.

The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

Onze vakantiewoning 't Uusje van Puut is gelegen net buiten Koudekerke aan de rand van ’t Moesbosch, een klein natuurgebied. Vanuit de tuin heeft u uitzicht op de duinen van Dishoek. Het is genieten van rust, ruimte en natuur. Met een beetje geluk kunt u ’s avonds zelfs een ree spotten. Ook in de herfst en winter is het heerlijk vertoeven in ons huisje. Na lekker uitgewaaid te zijn op het strand, kom je thuis en kun je genieten bij een gezellig haardvuurtje.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. Appartement Annabel Dishoek

Appartement Annabel is gelegen naast een sfeervol vrijstaand huis in Dishoek. We wonen vijf minuten fietsen van het strand af en wonen en hebben een prachtig uitzicht op het Zeeuwse platteland. Om het appartement heen ligt een terras waar de hele dag een plekje in de zon is ( het ligt rondom). Daarnaast heb je vanuit het appartement ook een mooi zicht op de sfeervolle tuin.
