This "solo safari tent" is located in a sheltered place in the meadows surrounded by knot willows. At the bottom of an unpaved walking dike with a pond next to it. The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

B&B De ouwe meule - de molen

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

Welcome to the apartment in our 1930s home in Vlissingen. Relax and unwind in this stylish and fully furnished space. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Including linens. You can prepare your breakfast and other meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area, and there is also a balcony where you can relax if the weather is favorable. Close to Boulevard, beach and dunes. 2 km to the Westerschelde ferry and 6 km to Middelburg.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Bed & Beauty by the sea!

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).

Forest Yurt near Bruges

Our hand-made forest yurt sits in a secluded old growth forest on a private estate near medieval Bruges. The yurt is 5,5 meters (18 feet) in diameter. It sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a double bed and a double pull-out couch (but can just fit up to 5 people with an extra mattress provided). There's a wood stove & kitchenette inside. Linen, towels and organic soap/shampoo are provided.

The Eiken Balk is 2 km from the beach and 650 m from the shopping center ( Jumbo, Lidl and Kruidvat)

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
