We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—perfect for anyone looking to enjoy both the natural beauty of the Coachella Valley and the excitement of the music festival. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella takes place, making it super convenient for festival-goers. Even outside festival season, the area offers incredible outdoor activities, with easy access to hiking trails, Joshua Tree National Park, and plenty of scenic spots to explore. Calling this house "spectacular" is an understatement to say the least. This house has the space and extra features to be a great oasis for a group of festival goers. But also has the peacefulness for a family who is looking to attend a local high school graduation (me :). With close restaurants, groceries stores, and an easy access to the rest of the amazing Coachella Valley, this home is ideal for all your needs. I strongly recommend you consider booking this location for any stay in the CV.

Our family (including our two dogs) loved staying at Chip and Monica's place! Unlike generic rentals, their home is full of personal touches that made us feel welcome. The house had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen, cozy spaces, and great pool accessories. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Old Town La Quinta's shops and restaurants, yet quiet and private. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard, and we loved relaxing by the pool. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, this was the ideal family getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Came to celebrate my birthday week, with my family and friends. The home was everything I wanted. Spacious, clean home, big pool and game room. We had a blast and our week went by very quick. Our host Greg was very friendly and available when I had questions. Definitely recommend it and plan to book again in the near future.

The backyard was great! Lots of space to hang out, BBQ, and play games (after sunset). Inside was also very nice. Garage converted to a screening room with comfy couches and separate AC and had a pool table. The home is new, bedrooms and bathrooms were all as described. The development is new and looks like a lot of them are rentals, which meant everyone had a great time and no one complained about noise at night. Will definitely stay again!

First time Airbnb’er and we chose this place based on previous reviews and it was all worth reading other post. The place was everything that others described, from instructions to check in, using all the amenities to checking out, it was all simple to follow. I thought we would have to put everything back in place but the instructions were easy to follow. We still did clean more than what was asked but that’s just us, we wanted to be respectful of other people’s home. The pool was nice and relaxing, the kids really enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Joshua and Madison for allowing us to stay in your home.

This place is amazing. Had lots of amenities for the whole family. Arcade and pool had the family doing things together. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The whole family enjoyed our stay and I will definitely book again.

The place was perfect for a group of friends to hang out for the weekend. Plenty of space at the place and between other residents. Brian provided great instructions, was quick to respond to texts, and checking out was easier than almost all other Airbnbs. Would easily suggest a stay here.

John’s place was great!! Our group of 9 fit perfectly and the space was much bigger than expected. The house was clean and stocked with supplies. The pool was also very spacious and John was always helpful and responsive with getting the hot tub turned on. There is plenty of lounging space around the pool. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The villa was beautiful and we enjoyed our special occasion. The home was clean and very comfortable to stay at. Nicole was very responsive on any questions I had. We hated having to leave but will definitely keep this villa in mind next time we’re in Palm Springs.

Thanks to Patty, my wife and I had a lovely stay. Her place was just as described and as depicted in the pictures. From the very first day, before our arrival, Patty was welcoming, providing clear instructions on how to gain access to the gated community and ensuring we had no trouble or delay in entering. One of the main reasons we chose Patty's place was that it was the right size for just the two of us, and it provided a private swimming pool in a quiet neighborhood. The privacy and quietness did not disappoint. Because we wanted to use the pool every day of our stay without disturbance, we requested that any pool and gardening service be completed during a time we would not be using it. Patty did her best to ensure that it happened. It provided us with the relaxation we needed as we started our summer break. As a result, my wife and I wanted to add a day to our stay. Luckily, it was available, and Patty was able to accommodate us. Patty was a wonderful host!

Great place to stay! Shopping and dining very close by. Amari was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The Kids loved the large pool with lots of seating and lounge chairs available. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space! We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house had such a relaxing and peaceful vibe, exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. We especially loved spending time in the pool and jacuzzi; it was the perfect setup for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful weather. Herrman, the host, was incredible from start to finish. He was super responsive and communicative, always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. Everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a laid-back, refreshing escape!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental! Our hosts were very responsive to everything we needed. There were a few small things, such as the road being paved the first day of our arrival and being unable to drive on it until the following afternoon, no fault of our host just unfortunate timing, and we had issues locking the front door with the code but we were able to get a physical key. Overall our stay was great! Anytime I had a question about anything I got a response within 5 minutes. The pool was so nice and the house felt like home while being very clean. We will definitely be staying here again

Stylish, minimalist place with a clean look. The bed is very soft and cozy - great for thos who enjoy a plush mattress. The location couldn't be better for exploring Joshua Tree National Park - quick and easy access.
