As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, visit our four cheeky mini donkeys, & enjoy the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two w/ lots of space to explore!

The entire back yard is exclusively yours to enjoy, an enchanting and magical space. It is also one of the earliest homes built in the historic Warm Sands area of Palm Springs, only a two-minute drive to downtown. Your own oasis awaits. The Casita has a private entrance looking out over the extra large salt water swimming pool with mountain views. Air conditioned unit with full bath, queen bed, small fridge, microwave and Keurig. We provide a wide variety of pool toys to help you relax by the pool in this private retreat. Grab your book, lay on a chaise lounge chair and enjoy the peaceful patio. Please note the pool is not heated, and we do not have a hot tub.

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Mother in law house inside Indian Palms Country Club. Festivals literally across the street. Country club does have pools, spas, tennis courts, a gym and a restaurant, Shopping is close by. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens 15 minutes away, Fantasy Springs Casino 7 minutes away, and The Spa and Casino is 20 minutes away. The casita has its own entrance , and central heat / air.

Rancho Santa Rosa Casita/Art Gallery Spa & Sauna

We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument. It borders with the San Bernardino National Forest and is across the highway from hiking and equestrian trails.
