The house and property is completely private, walled and gated; your own mini resort. Please note; under my City's regulations, no gatherings are allowed; no overnight guests other than those booked, no excessive outdoor sound amplification and no noise after 10 PM. I accept pets on a case-by-case basis. My fee is $100 for the duration of your stay. Pool heat is $50 per day/night. I prefer to be paid for these fees before check-in.
