Daniel's place was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! We could relax or have fun in the game room. The view was gorgeous as well and did I mention it was peaceful? Daniel's check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and he responded quickly every time which was lovely! Everything we needed was already provided for us, and having the playpen was AMAZING because we didn't have to bring ours from home. I would ABSOLUTELY book this location again!

Would 100% stay again. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Drake did a great job providing local recommendations. Hope to visit again soon!

It was a great and peaceful stay in the home. The host went above and beyond to make sure our vacation had no hiccups. Hosts are also very responsive. We will definitely be booking at this location plenty of more times.

Our party of 10 (including 3 kids ages 2/6/8 & 2 elderly people) stayed here for an extended family vacation and it was the perfect fit for us. The property was lovely & it felt like being at a villa. The room situation worked out great for us as my family of 4 stayed in the main house (kids on the sofa bed), my in-laws & BIL's family of 3 in the 2 primary bedrooms, & my single BIL in the private room next to the pool stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs & we did enjoy one afternoon in the pool since the weather was pretty cool. One of the reasons I booked this home was for the petting zoo that all ages ended up enjoying. We set up a time with the host & she graciously spent a good chunk of time letting us into the various fenced areas and sharing about her sweet animals. We got to visit with a llama, 2 pigs, several goats, a mini-horse, & a rad tortoise that my daughter and niece got to take a little ride on. Experience of a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

What a wonderful stay! Natalie was so friendly and proactive, which made us feel welcome before we even arrived. It's rare to find a place that is even better than the photos, but this was it. The entire home was immaculate, and we loved the artistic touches that made the space feel so warm and unique. We all slept so well—the beds are incredibly comfortable. It truly felt less like a rental and more like we were staying at the home of a friend with impeccable taste. And a special shout-out to your two pugs—though we never formally met them, their charming, invisible presence made for the perfect, quietest roommates and really completed the "at-home" feeling! The peaceful neighborhood and seamless process, from check-in to checkout, allowed us to truly relax. It's an ideal spot for a solo traveler or a small family of 3-4. Rosa’s place was nothing short of amazing. Our group was there for a wedding and we had the best time! So many entertainment options for everyone and the view is spectacular. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

The rental overlooks gorgeous rolling hills and has balcony space on two sides with phenomenal views from the many windows. The host was very communicative without being intrusive and it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We also appreciated the little touches to make it feel more comfortable and homey like the plants and paintings.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was gorgeous—even more spacious than the photos show. It’s much closer to the beach than we expected, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure magic. The location is perfect—walking distance to great coffee spots and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic with communication, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for us. We played all the activities, cooled off in the pool, and then relaxed in the spa. Sunset and morning views are amazing! Hosts were very responsive. I appreciated the Canva pdf that had all the instructions for checking in and using the house. It was a great experience.

Elizabeth is an amazing host and her place was absolutely wonderful for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The house had great amenities and was squeaky clean. The views are also beautiful and make you feel like you are in nature! I will definitely be going back and taking more family and friends to enjoy the peace and relaxation that we experienced in this home. I can’t overstate how great of a host Elizabeth was! Beautiful home with an amazing back yard and a grill if you like to bbq a perfect get away for the family or even just yourself definitely a place I’ll be going back to host where supper friendly and fast with replying and made sure i had everything i needed for the stay

The villa on the hill is a hidden gem that I would gladly go back to. The views were breathtaking from just about any spot on the property. One of my favorite parts about the whole villa stay was sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set in the evening. The villa itself was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. The owners keep it very clean and stocked with cooking utensils if needed. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Southern California, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay.

I can’t get over how beautiful and spacious this home was. We booked this for our wedding weekend for our bridal party and it was one of the best decisions we made to make our wedding weekend incredible. Every room was enormous, the beds were SO comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. The only thing I will say is if you are a calling an uber, make sure to give the exact instructions Skip provides to find the location. If arriving at night, make sure to read every instruction but Skip was great in providing so many details to help us find the place. Overall highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with friends and family.
