It's a 2 min drive from the Dordogne border and a 25-30 min drive from Bergerac airport. This area has so much to offer with its history, including the local bastide town, Villeréal where there is a popular year-round Saturday morning market and a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The accommodation includes exclusive access to the swimming pool from June to September.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a landing serving as an office and a bathroom. The garden is an asset to this village house. Close to all amenities, services and restaurants.
