Communication with hosts is great through the app, and if you need anything (like more sheets), they help right away. The heating works great (important if you go in winter). The mattress is comfortable. Key points: Bus stop just in front of where line 2 passes, which runs every 10-12 minutes and gets downtown in 15-20 minutes. 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Aldi) and a hypermarket (Carrefour) within a 200-meter radius around. The area, although peripheral, is quiet (in addition, there is quite student traffic as there is a Campus 10' walk, even further north). A good fast-course restaurant in front (Bitter Barrel) where you can eat something rich at a good price. El piso has TV with Netflix, y WiFi. For commenting on a negative element, a neighbor in front is very unpleasant, but this has nothing to do with the house itself.

We had the pleasure of renting this amazing house for two days over New Year's, and it was absolutely fantastic🥰🤗 First of all, the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable from the very beginning. The house itself is cozy, warm, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for us was the spaciousness and how well-equipped the bedrooms were. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is such a huge advantage, especially when traveling with a group.😊 The overall atmosphere of the house is so inviting that it felt like a home away from home. We left with nothing but positive emotions and wonderful memories. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot.
