Manuel is a great person. Very kind and gives you your privacy. I was very comfortable in the house, nice room and private bathroom. Everything is great. I recommend it.

The stay was great. The place is super well located in downtown San Martin. Just one thing, if you go by car the street is quite narrow and at first it is a bit difficult to find. When I arrived the first time, I had a little trouble finding the street and then parking the car. But after you get used to it, it's not a big problem. Overall, I recommend the stay. The apartment is very nice, and although it is small, the three floors are very well laid out.

We were very comfortable, the accommodation is in a quiet area and it is very easy to park, everything is very modern and we were very comfortable, it has two supermarkets nearby. The beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect!

Had a nice stay here for 2 months.
