1 minute walk (100 meters) from one of the best beaches of the Costa Blanca. The apartment is 35 m2 and consists of 2 double bedrooms, small living room with dining table and seating area for 4 people. Open kitchen solution. Bathroom w/shower and laundry machine. The apartment is completely renovated in 2017 and appears as modern and bright on a Spanish scale. The apartment is partly disabled with wide doorways without threshold, high beds and high toilet. Wifi and TV (without channels but with ChromeCast), air conditioning/heat pump.

The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. Lorraine was incredibly response and proactive in providing check-in instructions and photos of the surrounding area. The apartment itself was great—two lovely balconies and a rooftop with a view and great table for a meal or snack. The beach is a two minute walk away, and there are tons of restaurants right there for all meals.

A balcony view is framed by decorative iron railings, overlooking a sandy beach lined with palm trees. The shoreline is visible, with small groups of people enjoying the expansive coastline under a partly cloudy sky.

Villa Rentals where great and communicated really well. The even got us a new TV within 2 days, when we told them we were having issues with the picture on the TV in the apartment. First class service. Everything about the apartment and its location where amazing and we can't wait to return.

What a amazing place. Everything you could wish for,in a quiet location, but on the doorstep to the port,and town.Local bar five minute walk. Wonderful cafe/restaurant in the fishing harbour, with food to die for. The apartment is spotlessly clean,with all the facilities you could wish for. Stunning views,and a little beach just meters away. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you José, annabella, and a special thank you to Joyce. We shall return.
