Beachfront vacation rentals in Villajoyosa

Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

Vacaciones geniales!! David es un anfitrión de diez ,muy amigable y estuvo pendiente dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones . La casa de David una maravilla,en una urbanización tranquila con piscina y a dos minutos andando de una playa impresionante de arena fina . Al ser ya temporada baja ,no todos los restaurantes estaban abiertos pero hay opciones para elegir.Gran acierto nuestra elección y totalmente recomendable.Seguro que volveremos.

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!! Gracias a Fernando y su mujer, muy atentos y amables!!! La casa muy limpia, sábanas y toallas nuevas Superó nuestras expectativas, hemos estado genial!!! La playa a unos pasos, hemos visto atardeceres y amaneceres preciosos!! Volveremos sin duda, gracias por todo!!!

El piso de Juana es más que un simple alojamiento. Todo está hecho con el más cuidadoso detalle que te hace sentir que estás como en casa. La decoración con tema marítimo es ideal para la zona y los detalles son tan sencillos como especiales. La vista es impresionante, por la noche la luna llena aparecía en la ventana y la podía apreciar desde la cama. Durante el día el sol no incidía directamente a través de la ventana por lo que el el apartamento se mantenía fresco e iluminado. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable y tiene a disposición sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa e incluso sombreros para el uso de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. La comunicación con Juana fue siempre directa y asertiva. Estuvo pendiente y fue proactiva al momento de la llegada y la salida. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Y yo, sin duda, repetiré!!!!

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

Nous avons passé trois semaines particulièrement agréables dans ce magnifique appartenant situé dans un domaine privé paradisiaque et très paisible, jouissant d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi que sur les très beaux et confortables jardins, entrevus journellement par un personnel charmant. De plus, la propriété bénéfice d'un excellent emplacement près d'une jolie promenade menant au centre tout proche. A notre arrivée, nous avions été accueilli par Antonio qui s'est montré très sympathique, et toujours disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui par la suite. En conclusion, nous avons beau chercher un point négatif à cette location qui porte parfaitement son nom, mais n'en trouvons pas. Tout était absolument parfait, et c'est suffisamment rare pour ne pas être signalé. Nous n'avons donc qu'un souhait, y retourner dès que possible, tout en espérant qu'après avoir lu nos commentaires, il ne soit pas trop souvent réservé... !

Muy buena experiencia, comodidad, confort y tranquilidad

Un séjour en famille magnifique, tout était parfait...l'accueil par Mirella la maman d'Allessandra, une dame charmante et bienveillante. Mirella vous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a transmis de très bons conseils pour nos balades. Discrète, mais la croiser était un réel plaisir pour un échange cordiale et joyeux. Je vous conseille ce lieu merveilleux, paisible, avec toute les commodités.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Apartamento espectacular, impecable tal cual se ve en las fotos. Ubicado a 2 minutos de la playa, inmejorable situación. Tiene todo tipo de detalles, utensilios , etc para hacer un estancia maravillosa en familia. Piscina cubierta para disfrutar todo el año. 10 sobre 10.

Myself and my Girlfriend booked this apartment for a work trip and it was perfect. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very stylish as well as stocked full of all the amenities you need to feel at home! German was an amazing host. The check in process was super easy and he was great recommending local restaurants etc. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Un super logement dans une résidence paisible avec une splendide piscine équipée d'un bar. Il est situé à proximité d'une magnifique plage, et le centre de Dénia, avec ses nombreux restaurants et son charme à découvrir, est facilement accessible en voiture. C’est très agréable et facile de communiquer avec Carine et Marisa. Nous avons passé 2 magnifique semaines ! Merci

Nos alojamos en esta preciosa casa de tres plantas y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. La casa es muy bonita, acogedora y está equipada con todo lo necesario, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia con niños. La ubicación es excelente: a un paso de la playa de Nowbor y cerca de todo, incluso un Mercadona a pocos minutos. Además, desde la terraza hay unas vistas espectaculares que hicieron nuestras tardes aún más especiales. También está muy bien situada para visitar pueblos como Jávea, Altea o Benidorm. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y acogedora. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Xaviers lägenhet! Både lägenheten och läget överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi tyckte mkt om att det var så nära till allt, både strand och restauranger, och att vi samtidigt kunde ha det så lugnt och fridfullt på den stora härliga terassen. Vi tröttnade aldrig på att blicka ut över havet och se stadens pampiga siluett, och njöt över att det var ett sådant levande folkliv runt omkring oss. Perfekt också att vi hade tillgång till ett garage så nära lägenheten. Vi har hittat en drömlägenhet och vill åka tillbaka snart igen!

Nos ha encantado la casa, acogedora, limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Las vistas increíbles, daban ganas de no salir para poder disfrutar de la terraza. David contestó rápido a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda para repetir, muy recomendable.

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.
