I spent 1 month here and I saw that the ladies that live in the house are very considerate and welcoming. The place is nice, overall. It had spiders at times but they were swiftly taken care of. My stay was great and and the place was great. My main issue was with the host. Georgina took long to answer, if she answered at all. I asked for what would have been useful information about getting in and out with my car and I was ignored. I had to identify myself and my car everytime I got in and sometimes when I went out. Nearing the end of my stay, one of the guards gave me useful information that would have helped since the beginning.

The room was very tidy, clean, the terrace is beautiful and the super central location would definitely stay again. The only thing to improve would be the wifi signal that did not reach the room, but the host was always pending and tried to fix it.

everything was excellent, from Frank (the host) I give all the attention to make my family feel at home, the place is in a very good location, very recommended, the Quinta would arrive again for another excursion.

It’s located little bit far from downtown but perfect location to stay quietly.I love their beautiful garden. I loved to have chill time there.I would definitely love to come back here again!

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

my experience was good, at first the host changed my stay to another (eye in the same building) , due to remodeling issues I did not have any inconvenience. the stay that I called it of concept the "depa"is a nice place the only detail I see is that there are too many mosquitoes and for the environment of the area, the weather is not the fault of the host it is clear to me. luckily I carry with insecticide. due to the weather it would be very good that it would have with obvious air conditioning although it increased a little more its costs and another detail the bathroom the watering area is very small. from ahi on the outside it was very good. the host was always in the way thanks to the excellent place. very clean, tidy accessible thanks to the service I would definitely choose them again.

Staying with Enrique in this beautiful house is a pleasant experience, from the wonderful view of the garden to the sunrise with views of the hot air balloons passing very close to the house. The host service is excellent, they were always attentive and made sure we felt safe and welcome. The house has parking and gives you a lot of peace of mind to have your car in sight. The suite is very comfortable and spacious, with great decor and attention to every detail. It's a little chilly at night, but in the suite there's everything you need, and they were always on the lookout for anything. The experience of being able to bike to the pyramids (approx. 5 minutes from the house) is very pleasant. Also, it has a great aggregate that I had never seen before: within the same suite, there is access to a rustic underground space, nice enough to make meetings with a little more "mysticism". I will definitely continue to stay with Enrique.

The place was easy to get to and good location Constanza sent me the accurate location. It is very close to Viñedos la Redonda. which was our main destination. 10 minutes from the center of Tequisquiapan and 40min from the Geiser. These were our destinations so the location was great. The only bad thing is that the WiFi or the data network does not work well so the TV could not be used and the cell phones had little signal. The house is over the road so there's car noise all the time even at night. I recommend to bring insect repellent as there are many mosquitoes.

It is very close to the central del norte, I only slept after having gone to a concert at the Arena CDMX, which was also accessible to get to, I mention this because the place is excellent for it. Alma was always attentive and answered any questions. I highly recommend it!

Rest assured, David and Chei have done everything possible to make a stay in their suite wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly, they were helpful, kind and knew San Miguel de Allende front to back. We appreciated the fresh air, the cozy floors, and the purified water system. Literally any and all questions were welcome, and we've never met such interesting hosts. The location made for an easy walk to see all the sights.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this Airbnb. However, cleanliness, tranquility and privacy are excellent elements that have remained constant since the first time.
