The house has beautiful architecture and decoration, it is a very pleasant and nice place to enjoy and of course return to, with many details from Ana and Josefina who were also very kind and respectful and were attentive to all our questions and needs. Our pets enjoyed the patios and the delightful sun that the windows let in. We didn't have enough days to enjoy it and it certainly invites you to return. Thank you for everything

Stayed at Laura’s place for a few nights and it was great! Looked just like the photos, spacious, great kitchen, mini splits in both bedrooms for heat/air, and Laura was very responsive. The neighborhood is super quiet, very centrally located with about a 15 minute drive wherever you need to go. Highly recommend to any other travelers.

Nice place with everything, including gym equipment and double screens on the desk! Turning on and off lights with Alexa, he was very father, I never had that experience! Hosts from Primera, we were wholehearted. Well done, thank you!

The house is in a beautiful residential area, totally family-friendly and safe, as there are filters to access. The house is impeccable. Communication with José Luis was perfect at all times and very flexible. It is located at the entrance to Queretaro, so it will be useful to have a car if you plan to visit the downtown area. The only drawback was that we couldn't bathe with hot water, but it was warm, nothing that really affected us. An excellent choice for staying!

Very easy to get to from downtown San Juan del Río, very quiet, cool and very cozy. An excellent choice and of course I will book again in the future.

It's very close to downtown and at the same time it feels like a private space where you can relax. The patio was my favorite place in the house. It's great for large groups. The parking lot is a good size. In my group we have 2 SUV vans and we fit perfectly.

The hosts were always available, the subdivision is very quiet, the house is quite tidy, the pool is very clean. You must leave the subdivision to walk the dog and do its business, because if it does its business in the green areas within the subdivision you can be fined. Good location, highly recommended stay.

Throughout our stay it was more than perfect attention, extremely attentive, precise instructions, super easy arrival and access, flexibility with arrival time, very clean, comfortable facilities, we literally felt right at home, enjoying very relaxing family days From the amenities they offer, my family chose the cinema feature and it was an amazing experience super recommended

The arrival was very easy, the house was very nice (more than what you see in the photos) and clean, the only thing was that the light was as intermittent (it didn't go completely but the intensity lowered). Mr. Rafael is very friendly and responsive. We were very pleased.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

A good place to be quiet. Everything neat, clean and if anything was missing they were on the slope. Clean common areas, clean pool. I really liked it.

Undoubtedly the best place we could find for our stay in Xilitla. Unfortunately, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. The perfect place to connect with nature and have a very good vacation and rest. Everything was spectacular, the cabin, the pool, we had the opportunity to see fireflies and it was beautiful. Everything perfectly matches the descriptions of the place and Johan treated us very well, always giving us the best recommendations and attentive to our stay. We will definitely return to the place, thank you very much for everything.

I loved the arrival, the cabin was really nice, very easy access and a lot of privacy. She was always attentive to our stay, she gave us nearby recommendations for our shopping and food, a very nice place by the way!

I loved my month at Peggy's place, while going to school at Academimia HIspano. Her place is gorgeous. I could walk to school in just under 10 minutes and to the beautiful central churches in under 15 minutes. The location was perfect for me.
