It's inside a private residential development, which makes it very safe The property is ideal for taking a few days off to relax and unwind without having to leave, as it has a ping pong table, paddle tennis court, barbecue and swimming pool We were a family of children and adults and had a great time, recommended!!

The house is much more beautiful than the pictures. We loved the decor, it made you feel at home. The pool is larger than what you see in the photos and is heated by a solar panel all the time. Pau, an excellent host. She provided us with a lot more tools in the house than we needed. Making a roast meat in the pool was luxurious and we bought coal but even that Pau left us. We had an amazing 4 days at this home. There were 11 of us, 3 families with children aged 7 and 10, and we all enjoyed it very much. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the bar area with a pool table and air hockey table was our favorite place. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, ideal for large groups. The host was super attentive and always made sure everything was fine. In addition, Juan, a very friendly employee, lives next door. He helped us with a couple of things and further improved the experience. The care with which they maintain the property and their interest in making guests feel at ease is evident. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

Viviana's house was welcoming, spacious, peaceful, and simply beautiful. it provided everything we needed and was well above our standards. The 3 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate 7 people. The Edward James Garden was an easy 10 minute walk from the Airbnb. We felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely recommend to any travelers to Xilitla.
