I felt fortunate to find such a great place to stay. I was traveling my myself and felt safe walking around the neighborhood and in my lodging. The rooftop had nice views and a comfortable place to sit so I enjoyed my book and the warm weather. The location was great and the lodging was clean and had everything I needed. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable.

Excellent location, it had places nearby to get what you needed, super safe and easily accessible. The host and co-hosts were super attentive to any questions we had. The pictures show you what the accommodation offers and it's worth the price you pay. I was going to the racetrack and the location was excellent for getting there easily and quickly. When I return to Queretaro, I will definitely try to book with him again. I am totally pleased.

excellent place to stay whether for vacation or work

We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, so we were happy to return. It’s still a great value in an ideal location—close to all the best spots but far enough to avoid the crowds. Just note that Sunday mornings can be loud due to the church across the street. This time, the room wasn’t quite as clean as before. There was visible dust on decor items and dirt on walls and the floor, and our feet got dirty walking barefoot the very first night, so it wasn’t something we had tracked in. We hope the host brings back the stronger cleaning standards from our last visit. That said, we really appreciated being allowed a late checkout by an hour—such a kind and helpful gesture. If you’re visiting in summer, bring bug spray. A mosquito kept us up one night—not the host’s fault, just part of the season. Overall, we’d stay again. It’s still a solid and convenient place that is good for the price.

If you're looking for a place to rest, this is definitely the best option. Zero noise, total privacy, incredible view, acclimatized. The area is super quiet, there are a couple of supermarkets nearby and nice restaurants. 10/10

The house is very spacious, very affordable for what it offers in terms of space and amenities. As shown in the pictures, if you visit this house you will have a very nice time with your family.

Amazing home downtown Qro! No need for a car as you can walk to find anything you need but taxis are everywhere if you need one. The shower was amazing! Extremely clean and spacious home with outdoor dining, perfect to enjoy the evening breeze.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

The house was everything the host described, personally I really liked the tranquility of the surroundings and the very nice view of Peña de Bernal, Carlos is an excellent host and was always attentive, his airbnb is highly recommended

Loved the home, just as described. Host was quickly responsive. We felt very safe the entire time, the master closet was my favorite room, and my entire family was very comfortable. Will have this home as one of my favorite places to stay in Queretaro.

The weather was warmer than usual, but we were so comfortable with individual ACs in our rooms. We ate at the same restaurants every day for breakfast and felt like we were so pampered with fresh made juices every day! I highly recommend this place, and I will be back.

Great place to stay, I’m from San Miguel but my house is still under renovation. Have stayed a couple of times at his place and it’s super peaceful, great for me because I work from home, internet is fast. Also very short walking distance to main square, restaurants, bars, market, close to everything necessary.
