We enjoyed our stay very much, the house has a beautiful garden very close to the centre. The hosts Felipe and his Father were very pleasant and helpful, we will return again for sure!

This is an amazing place! The indoor and outdoor spaces are all very beautiful! Very spacious rooms. Everything was nice and clean! Super cute all around! A bit further outside of the main city center but still very walkable. I would recommend! Nicest place I’ve stayed at in San Miguel (3rd time in the city!)

Absolutely 10/10 experience staying at Quinta Tenerias! Sharon was so helpful and communicative. The apartment was so beautiful and spacious for 4 people - two full master bedrooms. The concierge going grocery shopping for us saved us a ton of time and added a nice touch being able to cook breakfast every morning. Best part is that housekeeping cleaned daily and addressed every need! What an incredible, walkable, safe part of San Miguel. We will definitely be back!

This classy, well-kept, and well-located place is wonderfully accessible to the Cathedral, the main plaza, and other key place places at the city center. As a poet and novelist, I loved the fact that the upscale apartments were named after major Mexican literary figures, such as Nobel Laureate Octavio Paz: respect for writers! I was grateful for, among other things, the sumptuous king-sized bed, the elegant rooftop terraces, the bedroom balcony, and the responsive and friendly hosts.

I loved my stay in this apartment! Everything was perfect from the beginning to end. The place is better than the photos: spacious, functional, comfortable and with an amazing terrace. I spent hours there, doing Yoga, drinking coffee in the mornings, working, and relaxing. It's definitely the heart of the place! The equipment is first class: super complete kitchen, a large dining room, desk and an ideal space to work. I especially appreciate the platforms for yoga and exercise. I felt right at home. Despite being close to main avenues, the house is very quiet and peaceful — you sleep very well. The mattress and pillows are also of excellent quality. David was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help with everything we needed. From the first message, he was attentive and explained every detail to us to make our stay easy and comfortable. Communication was excellent!

Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Ines was a wonderful host. She always responded in a timely manner when I had questions. The airbnb was clean, and located minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful experience in San Miguel.

The house is very nice and comfortable The kitchen is very well equipped. The spectacular terrace. Very quiet You can walk downtown and it's very close, the only thing that comes back from the center is up but it's all worth it. I'd stay in this house again.

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views. Great home for a large group. Very safe area with security. Very near attractions and near fantastic grocery stores but not walkable. Very responsive hosts easy to reach by phone.

The property is really spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a family gathering which was pleasant. The house has many details that add comfort, rest, fun and everything you need to have a good vacation. Jorge was always attentive and the workers he has also provided first-class service. Pictures do not do justice to this gorgeous home that once belonged to the famous tenor, Pedro Vargas. The property is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and offers amazing views of San Miguel de Allende. Brandon was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by helping us arrange a historical tour and coordinating taxi rides for our large group. The breakfast included with the rental was fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this stunning home for anyone looking to experience the charm of San Miguel de Allende!

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

This property is gorgeous. It is spacious with lovely outdoor living space and great views. Joaquin was very responsive when we needed rides into town, etc. The property is 10 minutes outside of SMA and Uber was not available. While we enjoyed having the staff cook us breakfast and clean our rooms daily, we did not like having them there from 9-3 everyday.
