Very nice, comfortable, very good place to stay. The place is small but at no time does the space feel small. I traveled alone and had enough space to accommodate my clothes, the things I bought and to be able to eat without having to put things on top of each other. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful. It is a 5-minute walk from the Mikitah shopping plaza and the Coyoacán nurseries, less than 10 minutes from the metro. It has enough natural light and ventilation. I would stay here again on my next visit

We rest well at Victor's place, it matched the description and was attentive to everything. It allowed us to leave our bags before check-in, which is greatly appreciated. A lighter was missing for the stove and quickly they went to take us one. The area is very quiet and there is a lot to do, we would definitely come back

This is a repeat stay. I always try to book with Alejandra, as I know everything will be perfect. I love the location (very close to the metro), and it is quiet and peaceful. Being a dog lover, having the dogs there is wonderful. They are basically friendly and always looking for pets and attention. Long story short, this is my go-to when I am in Mexico City!

Carlos was always very responsive and with clear check-in and check-out instructions.

It was a great stay in a very safe area. Easy to get to Coyoacán as well as the rest of the city! Diego was always responsive and even flexible during checkout allowing me to stay a few hours more to catch my late flight. I would certainly stay at Diego’s place again in the future!

My second excellent stay in terms of value for money, comfortable and everything you need, I hope to return soon.

José and his wife are extremely likeable contemporaries and helpful. The place was in excellent condition: everything was as described and clean. In addition, it is very quiet. I would book the place again anytime.

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect just off the beaten path very close to the Town square but absolutely quiet. The apartment was super clean very comfortable to spend time in. Everything is there that we needed. Maria Luisa was very kind and responsive . I believe she has had the place renovated and did such an excellent job. There is nothing lacking in this apartment and I look forward to staying there again.

The place is much better than what you see in the pictures, more spacious and comfortable, very complete accommodation. Carmen's a really good host. With regard to the planes, I was able to ignore them completely. During the day, there are quite a few flights, but at night it is very quiet and not at all uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable, accessible location, quiet place, it has parking and they accept pets. My dog is medium-sized, so I recommend it for small and medium breeds. It has commercial establishments super close such as: oxxo, super, church, bakery, pharmacy.

Isa is a friendly welcoming host and her apartment is superb (especially the balcony). I would highly recommend this place. Everywhere is walkable.

Perfect place to go alone or as a couple. a very nice loft overlooking a clean, nice, quiet and pleasant park. Despite being in a very crowded area of the city (two blocks from the center of coyoacán), it has enough tranquility for restae at night without any hassle. The lof is very clean and pleasant with everything you need for any short or long stay. If you have mobility problems, very complicated, as a spiral staircase is reached to a third level. In our case, it did not represent any inconvenience. It's definitely our option to go to CDMX

It is very close to the central del norte, I only slept after having gone to a concert at the Arena CDMX, which was also accessible to get to, I mention this because the place is excellent for it. Alma was always attentive and answered any questions. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay in Patricia’s home. I highly recommend and hope to return! Patricia was very welcoming and considerate, checking in on me to see if I was comfortable or needed anything throughout my stay. The home is beautiful and clearly setup with care for quality and comfort from towels, robes and bed linens to furniture, dishes and amenities. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe with people out walking in the mornings and evenings.

A nice, centrally located spot, this was exactly what we needed. The listing explains everything clearly and the hosts provide all the necessary information in advance. Additionally, the place included amenities that you may have forgotten, which was very convenient.
