Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃

Beautiful and practically* independent rooftop studio with its own little kitchen (basic stove, sink, and small refrigerator), private bathroom and terrace. Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.
