Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Se encuentra a 2 calles de la Embajada de Estados Unidos, a 3 calles del Angel de la independencia, a 1 calle de Metro Bus, a 4 calles del Metro, a 1 calle de paseo de la reforma en donde se puede tomar el turibus, ecobici, ciclo rutas. eso en cuanto a la zona y en cuanto a la habitación es un espacio completamente independiente con baño privado y todos los servicios.

The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃

Beautiful and practically* independent rooftop studio with its own little kitchen (basic stove, sink, and small refrigerator), private bathroom and terrace. Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.
