Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

Cheryl really has thought of everything. It exceeded my expectations and all the little details really made it feel so cozy and comfortable. Had a wonderful time. Paul was so welcoming when we ran into each other on my arrival and friendly throughout.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The host makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the home. Home is beautifully appointed, clean & charming! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking & close to everything.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

A cozy little apartment with a great sunset view, overlooking the inlet. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were responsive wen we asked for a cutting board; They left one at our steps on the same day. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting in the backyard and watching the sun go down. The Fish Camp and Iceplant restaurants, nearby were delicious too! Such a beautiful, old neighborhood and city!

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Was the perfect relaxing getaway for me and my mom. Rob was great with recommendations and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely love to go back.

Whitney's house was beyond what we expected. We've stayed in multiple AirBNB homes and Whitney's felt most comfortable. Spending the mornings on the dock drinking coffee was amazing, and the walk to the beach was so easy. The location was great. The house was close enough to the city do quickly drive there and spend the day, yet far enough away to be removed from the crowds and enjoy the quiet. We would highly recommend staying there.

Paola was responsive and respectful. The property was charming and spacious. Also, our teens loved that there were two kitchens and two hang out areas. Also, the beach access was perfect,

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Thank you again Patricia for sharing this heavenly place!

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

This was hands down one of the best stays we’ve had away from home. The house had everything, the pool was like bath water, and if you’re concerned about messaging the host about the hot tub, DON’T. They immediately responded and it was on in seconds. (It’s an insurance thing) The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up & the view and feel from the poolside, speechless. The fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill added another level of feeling like home. We only left the house to go out to eat once and then to get bait for fishing off the boat dock. We even canceled our plans to venture out because we were so comfortable we didn’t want to waste a moment there. The kids brought their game consoles but barely even touched them (I was shocked and pleased at the same time) To see my family so happy brought a calm over me that even my health apps noted the stress reduction. Only advice I have of this entire experience is, DON’T believe any negative reviews on this property prior.

The surroundings are unbeatable. The house is very comfortable. There are plenty of places to hang out, inside and out. The dock is fantastic! The house has great lighting, something that's often missing at AirBnB rentals. Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It's close enough to St. Augustine that you can easily go there for the day, but far enough from everything that it feels very secluded. Publix is only about 15 minutes away in Palatka. Tyler was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place! Location cannot be beat! We are locals and needed a place to stay while our home underwent renovations so we opted for a beach staycation. Walking distance to many great restaurants and beach spots and a front row seat to daily sunrise from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful cozy condo on the Matanzas River in St. Augustine Shores. The views are very pretty from the lanai and condo. Sunrises over the river! Carla is a top-notch host who responds promptly to any inquiries and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is very clean, bright, and nicely furnished in beach decor. Perfect for that setting! Lots to do in the area. 3 pools, 1 heated in the complex. Beach is a short drive. Awesome restaurants of all kinds. Historic Downtown St. Augustine, a must to experience. We highly recommend Carla as your host and her Riverfront Condo in St. Augustine for your next getaway!

I had an amazing time! The Condo was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen 💕 the views were stunning and the pool was relaxing. Perfect location.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...
