Townhome vacation rentals in Vilano Beach

Ken’s place was exactly as advertised! It was quiet. The pool was sparkling clean. We loved being on the waterfront with kayaks. The views from the balcony were fantastic. We saw a dolphin, sea turtle, pink spoonbills and lots of other birds. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There are many food places to choose from close by. Downtown is also close by. We will definitely return!

Amazing location! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, beachy, sufficiently spacious for 5 adults, and very well stocked. The outdoor shower was private, large, and had good water pressure/heat and splinter-free flooring. We did not miss having a second full bathroom at all. The backyard was lovely, and we could see a bit of the water from the balcony of unit A. The pool was warm and clean. There were pool toys, chairs, a great umbrella, and various items to make us comfortable, including dishwasher pods, coffee filters, and salt/pepper/oil, etc. left from prior guests, which is so much better than corporate-run airbnbs that get emptied after every stay and leave you with nothing. One could cook a real meal in the the kitchen, as it was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with basic supplies, tools, cutlery, plates, etc. Sharing the yard and property was no issue at all. It felt surprisingly private. Sharon was a perfect host. Friendly, responsive, but not intrusive. A+ stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. When we walked in, it was very clean and it looked just like the pictures he posted. The walk to the beach was super short.

Great location in St. Augustine just minutes away from excellent restaurants and other fun activities. Clean pet friendly place to stay, Direct access to the beach just feet from the house, Showers outside to wash off sand and excellent value! Also Host was very responsive and accommodating! St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

Beautifully remodeled condo with ocean view and easy beach access. Comfy beds and couches for lounging. Looking forward to coming back to Lisa's place our next trip to St. Augustine!

This condo exceeded all our expectations! It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beach view and access were even better than we imagined—just steps away, with stunning views right from the condo. This is truly the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Florida! We were so sad to leave and would come back again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Renee and Aloe were such wonderful hosts and worked with us when we requested to change our checkout date. They kept in touch and were just a joy to get to know. The condo is lovely with a charming retro vibe. It was very comfortable and quiet. The location could not be beat & people were so friendly too. We were so grateful not to only be able to bring our dogs with but we found the place to be VERY dog friendly. We will be telling our friends and family about this wonderful rental.

Whether you are staying with family or friends there is ample room for everyone. Just a short walk to Publix and restaurants. Beach is easy quick access with no crowds. Home was fully equipped with everything you needed from beach necessities and fun to kitchen appliances. Also a bonus that the home was baby proof with gates on each staircase, toddler bed, and pack n play. We will definitely be staying again and know we can pack a lot less next time 😃

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! From the moment we arrived, it felt right at home. The place is incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The backyard is truly an oasis – with twinkle lights, a fire pit, and a fantastic BBQ that was perfect for grilling fresh fish. It was such a peaceful space to relax in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the public beach, and only a quick drive to local shops and grocery stores. It was so convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. Patty was also incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our questions, making our stay even more seamless. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located spot in St. Augustine. Can’t wait to come back!

We were down to three places, but ultimately chose this one because Nicolle took the time to create a detailed guidebook—and we're so glad we did! I’ve vacationed in this area for over a decade, but her recommendations led me to several new favorite spots I hadn’t discovered before. The condo was clean, welcoming, and quiet—everything you want for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal: close to the beach, St. Augustine, and beautiful state parks. Nicolle was quick to respond to any questions and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area with the help of a thoughtful and attentive host!

Loved the location with walking to restaurants and the beach. The beach entrance is close by but will caveat the ocean is quite a walk as the beach is very wide. Loved how quiet the beach was and could walk far out into the ocean and still stand up. The Sunset Grille was our best meal...chowder was awesome! I would skip the Salt Life for food and just go for drinks. We also ate at Harry's downtown and thought the food was good (chowder was also delicious). House was well supplied (plenty of TP, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.), but only small samples of shampoo/conditioner/body wash so plan accordingly. Beds are a little firm for our taste but seemed new and were comfortable enough...pillows were nice. There was an umbrella and six beach chairs but three of them were very small (good for kids?) and close to ground. Also enjoyed the Alligator Farm. Overall, would definitely stay here again and found host very responsive!

What a great weekend we had . My wife and I really needed a quiet getaway on the beach . If they can only control the weather . We will most definitely be back in a few weeks

Kim was so responsive and helpful from booking questions through to our stay! The unit was just as described and perfect for our family with two children — being right on the beach and walkable to a variety of restaurants was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and we appreciated checking in with a few essentials! Was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

We had a nice 3 night stay at Bill's condo. It was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen has a nice variety of utensils, pots and pans, etc. In the closet by the kitchen, there was a Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, beach chairs, kitchen towels, etc. The location was exactly what we wanted: on the beach, had a pool, quiet community, easy to find. The distance to the historic area isn't that long and didn't mind it at all. We're already talking about coming back again!

This house was so beautiful!! the location was amazing!! We sure hated to leave, loved every last but of this place. If you ever get a chance to rent this place, DO IT, you'll never ever regret it. From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, the backyard is beautiful and fenced in so it was perfect for our two dogs. It also has a fire pit, which made our nights relaxing and a lot of fun! Beach chairs and umbrella were available, which was a big plus. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night. We Highly recommend!
