Townhome vacation rentals in Vilano Beach

Ken’s place was exactly as advertised! It was quiet. The pool was sparkling clean. We loved being on the waterfront with kayaks. The views from the balcony were fantastic. We saw a dolphin, sea turtle, pink spoonbills and lots of other birds. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There are many food places to choose from close by. Downtown is also close by. We will definitely return!

Amazing location! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, beachy, sufficiently spacious for 5 adults, and very well stocked. The outdoor shower was private, large, and had good water pressure/heat and splinter-free flooring. We did not miss having a second full bathroom at all. The backyard was lovely, and we could see a bit of the water from the balcony of unit A. The pool was warm and clean. There were pool toys, chairs, a great umbrella, and various items to make us comfortable, including dishwasher pods, coffee filters, and salt/pepper/oil, etc. left from prior guests, which is so much better than corporate-run airbnbs that get emptied after every stay and leave you with nothing. One could cook a real meal in the the kitchen, as it was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with basic supplies, tools, cutlery, plates, etc. Sharing the yard and property was no issue at all. It felt surprisingly private. Sharon was a perfect host. Friendly, responsive, but not intrusive. A+ stay!

We loved the condo! Very beachy feel! Loved the mattress! Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Nice to have washer/dryer! Kitchen had a lot of nice appliances and great coffee mugs and big handle bowls for soup/salad/rice bowls etc! Nice to have power strips for multiple charges and even usb plug in’s on each side of the bed! Furniture was comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed and William(Bill) was great in responding timely and overall communication! We would stay again if in the area!! Thanks guys!

We had a really nice stay. Walking right to the beach was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and it was a short drive to all attractions. Dog friendly was definitely a plus for our pugs.

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

Beautifully remodeled condo with ocean view and easy beach access. Comfy beds and couches for lounging. Looking forward to coming back to Lisa's place our next trip to St. Augustine!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious. All of the decorations and items had their own story. A lot of thought, care and effort was put into creating the ambiance of this home. It exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay!! The location was near all St. Augustine Beach has to offer (right next door to miniature golf course), but the location of the unit within the complex was what dreams are made of! Walk directly out your back door into grassy area, then less than 10 steps to the boardwalk. Kim was delightful to work with and resolved any issues immediately. It was obvious her top priority was making sure we enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely return!!

This is a great location. There’s a wonderful view from the downstairs back porch and the upstairs balcony. The pool right on the water was definitely a bonus. It is a very short walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and all needs provided for. The host, Christy was very friendly and accommodating. We spent a very relaxing weekend here and will definitely come back again.

Great place on a quiet stretch of beach. Lots of beach toys and boogie boards downstairs for guests to use. The beds were a little on the soft side for us, but that’s purely personal preference. Otherwise we were very comfortable at Matt’s townhouse. The game room was a big hit with our teenage son, and having access to the pool and tennis court was also a bonus. Highly recommend The Hammock Grill a few miles south (near Publix), as well as The Commander’s Shellfish Camp for a lovely sunset dinner on their back deck. Matt’s guidebook was very helpful!

Our stay here was great. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. The back porch was nice to relax on with privacy. We appreciated the many amenities, including spices and body wash. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! From the moment we arrived, it felt right at home. The place is incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The backyard is truly an oasis – with twinkle lights, a fire pit, and a fantastic BBQ that was perfect for grilling fresh fish. It was such a peaceful space to relax in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the public beach, and only a quick drive to local shops and grocery stores. It was so convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. Patty was also incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our questions, making our stay even more seamless. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located spot in St. Augustine. Can’t wait to come back!

Beach is so close; wonderful location & not too crowded. Everything we needed was in this clean, pretty townhouse. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely and comfortable home. in a quiet community with a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Lauren gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner. We will be back.

Weston’s place was super clean and just as described. I didn’t realize the upstairs had an open space overlooking the main living area, but that was probably my bad for not looking at the photos more in depth. This makes it a little difficult to use the living room area while putting children to sleep. The fenced-in yard and pet-friendliness are a huge bonus. The beach access is a little hike, but walkable. There was a book of local recommendations at the house, which was super helpful in navigating our options! We had a slight hiccup with the door and Weston answered the phone right away and helped us. The area feels safe and was very nice for a quick last-minute vacation. Instructions for checking out were super easy and Weston was great to work with even on a last minute basis. We would 10/10 recommend his place and look forward to staying again if we are ever in the St. Augustine area!

We had a great stay at Nick and Megan’s place! They were very proactive with communication and provided recommendations of things to do in the area! Location was great and everything looked just like the pictures! Would stay here again!

Sol is a fantastic host. He is very responsive and keeps you informed of anything you need to know during your stay. The condo is perfect! Very spacious, clean, fresh laundry and bedding and it just made our family holiday perfect and full of memories. Where the condo is makes it extremely quiet and you have great access to the beach. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed many hours in there. We are booking again for next year and will continue to visit - thank you for making our first family of 4 holiday a great one! X

Beautiful place! Great views from the balconies at night! The pool was chilly, but felt good cooling off in! The beach is a short walk from the pool! White powdery sand! It was one of the best beaches I have ever been at! Easy to walk or bike on. And I just came back from Aruba! The area has so much fun things to do! Absolutely loved the history in St. Augustine! The Airbnb was perfect for our trip! William was easy to communicate with and very responsive! I would love to stay here again!

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.

We had a great stay - the beds were very comfortable - loved the beach accessories available to utilize - sand toys, boogie boards, wave boards, flotation devices. She even had beach towels to borrow - we didn’t need them, but a great extra touch and an FYI to anyone who wants to save on space for packing! The clean smelling blankets were a nice touch, too! She also had all of the simple things that others may not include but really helps guests who only need a little - paper towels, dish soap, hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc… The pools were a perfect temperature and the beach was busy to the left and right of us but not right where we were. Loved walking to restaurants, ice cream, and miniature golf! We really couldn’t have asked for more. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

crescent Beach is away from the spring break crowds and super close to st. augustine. tip drive down to butler Beach and park instead of taking the walking park. while the walking path was easy, it seemed just as easy to take short drive to the beach with parking right next to the walkway to the beach. highly recommend if you saw not looking for crowds and paid parking :)
