It was even more spacious in person than in the pictures. There was plenty of room for me and my four girlfriends, and all of our things. The porch was our favorite part of the house: very private, lots of seating, and an outdoor shower. The beach is an 0.8 mile walk, most days we drove to closest beach access parking instead of walking. We highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

I loved this place. I think it is good to have reasonable expectations on what this place offers. It is small but it comfortably held me, my husband and my medium sized dog. I feel that the host did well in offering up to date improvements like reliable Wi-Fi and updated kitchen amenities. All of these made our stay more comfortable. Finally, the price point was perfect for a much needed quick getaway.

Stan’s apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Towels and bedding were very clean and soft. The whole place was super clean. Just one block from the beach and right by coffee shops, bars and food. An easy walk or drive to everything.

I felt like I was visiting loving family. They were welcoming and friendly but not invasive. The home was clean and bright, quiet with a beautiful surrounding garden, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They provided all the amenities and more for going to the beach in comfort. Absolutely wonderful visit, we will definitely be going back.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The beach is a very short walk and so is a great coffee shop and taco stand. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to St.Augustine.

Had a great stay, beautiful weather to walk on the beach which was down a short path. Views from room were great. Coffee pot and coffee provided, salt, pepper, dishes etc. The tub was a bonus after a long day for soaking. Jets on/off switch needed repair. Bed was a bit high but you could see the ocean. I would suggest something to hold the front door open as it is glass and was worried it would slam shut with the wind. DT St Augustine a short drive away and a grocery store walkable from room. A beautiful, clean and unique space. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were really nice. The master bedroom and bathroom were so much nicer than the description implies, it was a nice surprise. We loved the porches too. It is located in a perfect spot to enjoy what St Augustine has to offer. You could vaguely hear the restaurant below, but it wasn't bothersome. The street noise could be a little loud at times, but it did not take away from this amazing space, it is all part of the city's character. We absolutely recommend this space for anyone wanting to enjoy the downtown area.

We loved staying at Amy's! The apartment was an easy walk into town and saved us from dealing with limited parking options. The home was clean, spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The place is also less than 10 minutes away from gorgeous beaches! Having a hose in the backyard to wash off the sand before entering the home was an added perk. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc are also nearby. Amy was friendly, responsive, and overall a great host. St. Augustine is a charming coastal town with plenty to do in the town itself and its surrounding areas. Would definitely come back and stay at Amy's again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Coconut Grove. It’s in a great location next door to an ice cream shop, and half a block to the beach. Also not far from many restaurants on the A1A Beach boulevard. The apartment was spacious and super clean and the hosts provided all the items you might want to enjoy the beach. Lauren was a a very responsive host. We would stay there again!

We had a fabulous time during our 10 day stay and Eva's condo at the Hibiscus resort was perfect for our needs. The complex itself is laid out well with plenty of spaces at the pools and hot tubs, and the beach access is great. Eva's condo was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to requests and communicated well with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Will not hesitate to stay agian!
