Bridget’s property was exactly what we where looking for! We celebrated new years and it was perfect! It was private and calm. Quick drive to downtown for all the sight seeing. Will definitely love to stay here again! Beach access was perfect!

perfection ! the 7 of us slept in the most comfortable beds ! the kitchen and laundry room and bathrooms were amazingly stocked with more than we thought and even needed ! the grounds are gorgeous with walking paths and gated community. so safe and close to all things in walking distance. the pool and gym were awesome ! we will be back !

Kathryn's place was beautiful! Very well maintained space within a beautiful neighborhood. Kathryn was amazing, very responsive and made me feel welcome. The only surprise to me was the distance from the room to the beach. The listing seemed to show that it was much closer than it actually was (about an 8-10 minute walk through the resort). Not a big deal for us, but may be for some. Pools and grounds were well maintained and we had a blast. Would definitely recommend this space!!

Beautiful place, exactly as it looked in the pictures! The place was extremely clean and every detail was thought of! Kimberly was a wonderful host and extremely responsive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rebook for our next trip to st Augustine! Can’t say enough good things!!

We had such a lovely stay at Paul’s place. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the week. He has a booklet with great information and suggestions about the facilities and nearby attractions. Any questions we had, Paul answered immediately. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean. We would definitely come back—we didn’t want to leave!

Loved this condo! Ocean/pool view. Condo exactly as described and Lora was very prompt and courteous with responses. Easy walk over dunes to ocean. Area was so private and felt like had the beach to ourselves. There were chairs to take to the beach. Noodles for the pool. Didn’t get to use the pool…only downside was pool was not heated. Condo was well appointed and kitchen had basics that we needed for coffee/breakfast in the morning to enjoy on the balcony... It was perfect and gave the best breezes while enjoying that beautiful view! Beds comfortable. Unit had more of townhouse feel (which we loved!) ….first floor kitchen/dining room/living room and balcony . Upstairs 2 bedrooms/ 2 full baths and washer/dryer. Great space..never felt like we were on top of eachother. There were board games there that we enjoyed playing in the evening. Violas right across the street had very good pizza! On Main Street so stores/restaurants not far. Hope to come back and enjoy the pool!

We spent a great three weeks at this condo. We loved that we could bring our pet and that it was a dog friendly beach which was an easy walk from the condo. The heated pool was also a major plus and we swam in it almost daily. There are a ton of restaurants around that are either walkable or a short drive which was a major plus. The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a King sized bed and ensuite and then our guests had their own bathroom also. The washer and dryer in the unit were also of great benefit. Kristine was very easy and responsive and made check in and out super easy. We also loved St Augustine beach and restaurants and St Augustine downtown is a must do. All in all we had a great three weeks at this home away from home!

Chad’s Place was everything advertised and so much more. We came down for a family vacation with kids and had the absolute best stay. The condo was clean with linens and cleaning supplies/toiletries to spare. We were able to check in a little early and Chad checked on us throughout our stay. He even let me know he had new beach chairs delivered to the office for us to go pick up to use while we were there. From the moment we checked in until our last day we felt like we were at home. Plenty to keep our big kids entertained including games for rainy days. 100% recommend Chad’s Place.
