If you're looking for a unique, comfortable, and private getaway that's right in the thick of historic Saint Augustine, this place hits all the marks. James was friendly, accommodating, and had some great suggestions for places to eat and visit. He also gave me a banana to feed one of the tortoises that lives in the jungle-like yard. The room was comfortable and spacious and sitting out on the patio at night is something truly special... You'll just have to stay here and witness it for yourself. Thank you, James!

Great location and place was perfect for us two and our doodles! Found a great off leash fenced dog park nearby too! Private surroundings and next to awesome Bronx pizza Italian dinner spot right next door!! Huyen was super awesome and responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved staying at this airbnb! Luke was a wonderful host and was super quick with his responses! He left wonderful instructions and overall the stay was perfect! The area is just out of the way of the busy areas but still very close to everything you want to do in Jacksonville! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great stay and only about a mile north of old Downtown. Beaches, restraints and stores are all super close. We enjoyed our short stay! Abrina was also super nice, responsive and accommodating. The B&B had everything it needed, bed and couch were comfortable and perfect space for 2 on a short trip.

Our family had a great time in this Airbnb. It’s just as described and we felt right at home upon arrival. David’s team is very responsive and friendly. The elevator was a huge plus. The beach is so accessible from the house that I took my dad who needs a cane to get around down to the beach ! If I want to be super picky, I would recommend David’s team be more generous on the bathroom and kitchen cleaning supplies. However, it’s not an issue as the supermarket is at the walkable distance. We would definitely come back again!

Seth has truly cultivated a 5+ star home away from home. I had a feeling of Awe when I first walked through the front door. The house is absolutely breathtaking. You can describe the house with so many lovely words. Ones that come to mind are: soothing oasis, high-end, nothing overlooked, private and quiet. The location is perfect. Having bikes to explore the area made us feel like kids again. The beach, shopping and dining are just steps away from the front door. We really enjoyed dinner and sunset at Cap's on the water. Seth was a pleasure to work with, a true professional. We can not wait to come back for a longer stay. One little extra that isn't listed, but I enjoyed so much is the towel warmer in the primary bath....it's all in the details 😀

Christina's place is beautiful. The place is very quiet, we enjoyed the nice pool and the fun games and karaoke in the garage. Had new tommy bahama beach chairs and a great sun shield for use at the beach. Christina was always responsive and helpful with any issues. Her place had everything you could need. It was clean and very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Great location for easy drive into historic downtown. Caps is a quick walk and beautiful for a sunset. Nice beach on 3rd Street, we dropped off all our stuff and drove back to the house and my husband walked back, 10 minutes. Nice having a publix nearby for groceries too. We would definitely recommend staying at Christina's!!

One of the reasons it was hard to leave St. Augustine was because of the Airbnb! Very clean and nice sized rooms. The biggest draw was the living room and kitchen space. Great flow and enough space for the group to relax. The beach access was close and the main road wasn’t too busy to cross. Loved the location and would stay here again.

The house was all we expected and more. It was in a very nice kept quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house is updated, spotless and tidy. They provide plenty of essentials, towels, extra bedding, dishes, tp, hand soap etc. We really enjoyed the space inside and out, especially the heated pool, hot tub and fire pit. Would highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this property. Both times have been an absolute pleasure. The place is always clean. Just outside of town making it quiet yet close enough to be in town in minutes. Will be Back!

We had a wonderful stay with family and a crew of 4 little kids under the age of 8. Everything was well stocked including some random pantry items that made the trip a little smoother. My ONLY critique is the tile that was used around the pool. When it gets wet it is VERY slippery so please be cautious even when walking around a wet pool. This couple delivered a great hospitality experience.

This home is so lovely inside and out. Very comfortable furnishings and equipped with everything we needed. The outside patio area is gorgeous! Michael was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Location of the home is great close to everything and a very walkable area. We will be back!

Such a beautiful place, and amazing view! So clean, and spacious. We had a wonderful time at our stay. We were looking at available dates before we left for future stays!

Great place for a family vacation: 2 great pools and a terrific beach. Pros: - pools were terrific and very safe with gates - condo was comfortable and had every thing we needed - sunroom was fine to turn into a 4th bedroom (futon was comfortable) but that area was hotter and seemed to lack AC - beach was terrific ; great for playing in the waves, clean, large, not crowded - easy short drive to good restaurants , eg beachcomber - condo supplied with beach towels, lawn chairs, beach toys, body boards (these were all in laundry room) - great patio - quiet — no noise from neighbors - beds comfortable if a little soft - around pool was a moat (safely fenced off) with turtles and koi fish which were a hit - nicely maintained condo grounds

Everything was pretty much as we hoped it would be. Easy to check in and enter the unit according to instructions. The place was spacious, clean and well stocked with all we needed and more. Beach, pool and hot tub were wonderful. We loved driving onto the beach! Location close to the places we wanted to visit—historic town, beach, restaurants, grocery store…quiet building and plenty of parking. Nice view of the sunrise from the balcony. Our stay was all we hoped it would be.
