We enjoyed the layout and decoration as well as the location. Everything is planned to make you feel at home. The camp is very quiet. We'll be sure to talk about it around us. The welcome is very warm. There's nothing missing from the chalet.

Absolutely perfect, in every way. The house is located in a peaceful haven but with everything you need within 5 min drive, ideal for enjoying a peaceful evening after a day at the beach or walking. Our 3-year-old daughter felt at home there, which was especially convenient on rainy days. I recommend it without reservation, and our hotel was extremely pleasant and responsive. Thank you again for this relaxing vacation.

Very nice stay with friends! Everything is done to have a good time: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games available. The rooms are cozy and the place is very quiet. Communication with Martin and Marion was very fluid and the range of services offered is very wide: taxi, massage, delivery of pastries and bread… The evening meal prepared by Martin was excellent. we had 3 great weeks even if the weather was not nice, the place makes you feel good and chill. 5 minutes from the 1st beaches, on foot or bike for the Landes forests, close to the village with a small simple and efficient market on Wednesdays. Good communication with the renters of their own house. Solene, Olivier and the kids are adorable. It's a plus for the stay.

quiet stay, house in a very good location near the beaches.m, the nearest "les.oceanides" with its very nice Soweto restaurant is less than 5min drive. possibility to get there by bike without problem. small pool in the residence just to swim because no deckchair to relax which is a little unfortunate. We enjoyed it a lot and had a great time. The area is superb. Christine is very responsive and friendly. We'll be back with great pleasure!!! Note: don't worry about bugs because lots of mosquitoes (night and day) and spiders...

Thank you for this stay, the house is very family, shaded and allowed us to enjoy the Landes region during our visit... Bike trails nearby, festival of the neighboring village, and especially the ocean with an ultra-family and friendly beach. We are delighted with our stay and the equipment of the house which has everything on hand (the group cooks were delighted!). Isabelle (the owner) and Eloise were able to answer our questions and recommend good places on site (we loved spending some time at the sunset at the casserole at the beach, great tips). Our 2-year-old son was able to enjoy the garden almost every day safely with a small plastic bathtub to cool off before departing for the beach... in short, it was a treat... 🥰

Hello, we spent 5 nights with 5 people and it was very good.🙂 The house is large and functional, the small garden is very well equipped with direct access to the forest, it's great. It's just like you see in the photos. Very private and well-maintained mirror pool pool. The animals nearby barely heard very little and never woke us up. We spent a family week very hot and having the pool has been a luxury! For a glitch, the nearby road has more traffic than we thought and at times prevents you from hearing the wonderful sounds of the forest, but nothing important! Catherine is super kind and understanding and does a great job! If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure!!!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, but still very close to the ocean and its known cities. Jacqueline welcomed us to her place for one night, everything was ready when we arrived. We were able to put our bags down and go for a walk directly in Capbreton.

This house is really well equipped and well decorated, it feels very nice and Mariette is friendly . The house is well placed with a garden, you can park the vehicle there without problem.

Spacious and bright house in a very pleasant environment even in winter! Very functional kitchen that allows for nice family gatherings. Beautiful rooms with very comfortable bedding which allows everyone to rest well and isolate themselves if necessary. Sebastien's tips made our stay easy. We highly recommend this listing.

Everything was perfect, we are delighted with our stay. The bungalow was very nice, comfortable and well-equipped (even for our baby). We also loved the peaceful location in the holiday village among the pines, right next to the pond for beautiful walks. We had a wonderful stay, Delphine and her husband are very welcoming, the accommodation has more than necessary in terms of amenities, the outdoor area is very nice and peaceful, no noise, perfect quiet place to relax. Ideal location close to all the places of interest on the Basque coast (cities to visit, beaches within 15 minutes, Spain, etc.). We would definitely stay again and can only recommend this place :)

third stay at Virginia's without any problem. The location allows walking around the lake and to reach the beach. Apartment located in the quiet of the residence.

We had a pleasant stay with the goats and chickens. The place was super suitable for our 2 year old who loved sleeping for the first time in a small bed. The bike paths allowed us to walk and move to the azure lakes, to the lake on the Soustons side or to the beaches without taking the car which is very nice. The only downside is the bed a little too small for my spouse of 1.95. But we would still come back without any hassle🙂.
