Tennis court, mini golf, skate park, playgrounds and the most famous surf spots in France are nearby. Rated 3 stars,not accessible for people with disabilities.

Occupancy for 3 people max.T1 with Mezzanine in a set of 3 apartments on the ground floor located 100 meters from the beach. Private parking. Option to rent bed linen and bath linen (not included in the price, ask the hosts).

28m² Studio

28 m² studio for one to two people. It is located near the Route des Lacs and close to the pedestrian streets of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains. There is a 140x190 bed upstairs and it is also possible to sleep on the 100x180 sofa bed downstairs. It does not have a parking space for a car, but a parking lot is 50 m away. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is 15 minutes walking. I don't allow pets in this small studio.
