Located between Léon and its lake (3 km), Moliets and its white sand beaches (3 km) and 6 km from the nature reserve of the Courant d 'Huchet. You will benefit from the cycle path (Vélodyssée) that borders the village to get around. Ideally located next to the Paludot pond, you will enjoy the calm of the Landes forest.

Pleasant charming cottage completely renovated 40m2 quietly located at the end of a garden. Great place to stay for a small family. All you have to do is put your bags down in this tastefully renovated, air-conditioned place. The maisonette is 200 meters from the center of Bénesse Maremne. All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket… A cycle path connects Bénesse Maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to explore the area.

The 25m² adjoining cottage has been renovated in a marine spirit and opens directly from the terrace to the pine forest!
