Monthly Rentals in Viehhofen

A perfect place for two skiers enjoying the Zell Am Zee area. We had everything we needed and Charlotte could not have been more helpful and friendly. We appreciated the boot room to get our things warm and dry for the next day. Absolutely fantastic stay, thank you.

A small home as advertised but it had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, tidy and well managed by our host Carmen. We could park in the driveway and it's in a good location for exploring the surrounding areas by car or bike on the extensive bike trails. One thing to point out however. The bedroom had a strong musk or mold type of smell. I was OK sleeping there, but it quickly made my wife nauseous so she ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Our host and the rental agency were very accommodating and would have refunded our payment if we chose to leave, but my wife was OK sleeping on the sofa bed for the week. This is not a complaint, just a comment for those who might also be sensitive to this type of odor. Carmen was very helpful, and we enjoyed our visit.

When I arrived at the front desk, I had to wait in there for a while because I was too early and the listing wasn't ready. When it was ready I was taken to the property by one of the staff. Accommodation is excellent. Two bedrooms, both with a bathroom. The living room and kitchen were spacious and the balcony was perfectly south facing so we had a lot of sun. There is not much to do in Viehhofen itself, but a 10-minute drive and you are already in Saalbach. A ski lift to Zell am see is nearby, about a 5-minute drive. Checking out was also very easy. Staff were very friendly and very helpful!
