Raggenstein Apartment

Mitten im Skigebiet aber weg vom Massentourissmus, der Raggensteinhof überzeugt mit seiner ruhigen Lage zwischen sanften Grasbergen und schroffen Gipfeln. Der Hof ist sonnseitig 1100 Meter hoch über Viehhofen gelegen und ist im Winter und Sommer über eine asphaltierte Bergstraße zu erreichen. Bei normalen Schneeverhältnissen ist die Abfahrt Piste168 zum Hof über einen kleinen Tiefschnee hang oder 10min fuss marsch erreichbar. Im Sommer punkten wir mit grossem, eigenen Spielplatz und Streichelzoo

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The holiday home Schwalbennest for 3-5 persons with 2 sleeping rooms is situated in the 1st floor of the "Zuhaus" across from the Saalhof Castle; our wellness area (shared with other guests from the Castle) is in the ground floor. A bright, stylish and new apartment with beautiful view of the castle - equipped with natural materials and wood - made by hand by our Carpenter.
