Apartment vacation rentals in Viehhofen

This our third year in row in this apartment. As always the hosts have been very helpful and responsive. Overall, there are so many positives to list including proximity to the ski lifts (5 min by car), spacious apartment with all the amenities that you can wish for including a covered garage.

Fantastic! Beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable (particularly bed and sofa!), equipped with everything you need, overall fantastic stay. The village is quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. Our dog was also welcome, with dog bowls provided and the ability to make the grounds enclosed with a gate which we really appreciated. Hikes fantastic from the doorstep, and only 8 minutes drive into Zell-Am-See. However, what made the experience even better was Katharina and her parents (who live next door). They were so welcoming and friendly, giving us strawberries from their garden, lots of local recommendations and just being the most hospitable hosts. We really can’t thank them enough for being so kind! Thank you again. We will definitely be back! P.S a few other reviews mentioned the wifi, which must have been upgraded as it was super-fast. I had to work during our trip, and it was fast enough for perfect video calls etc.

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

The place is really an absolute dream for anyone looking for something quiet and relaxing for their vacation! The apartment is very well equipped. The location is also very good, very close to Zell and Salzburg can also be reached quickly. I can highly recommend it!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb and after having stayed at another lodge in the past 2 years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Me and my brother had a wonderful time in Maishofen! We made dinners at the evenings after long days in the slopes of Saalbach, Zell Am See and Kitzsteinhorn! The bus stop to the ski resorts were a 2 minute walk and we had a supermarket right next to it. Free parking and Wi-Fi were great as well! Looking forward coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place itself is very nice, clean, and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It's located in a convenient spot, close to all the attractions and places we had planned to visit, which made getting around really easy. The host was also excellent, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had.

We felt very comfortable right away. The communication with Andrea was great and the place as described. Very spacious and clean, there was nothing missing. Bike cellar, sauna and swimming pool were at your disposal. We would come back:)

Michael's place was ideal for us to start our tours. The fact that we could park our bikes in a room was perfect.

It was super nice here! With beautiful hiking and cycling routes right outside the front door and the very quiet location, the accommodation was just right for us! The shopping and dining options in the village were also great and easily accessible. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and very cozy!

A fabulous apartment on a farm with a garden porch facing stunning views of the Alps. Starting and finishing each day on the porch enjoying these views was so peaceful. This spacious apartment has everything you may need for a short or longer stay. A very comfortable bed. The host is very friendly and helpful. One of the loveliest Airbnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. We’re hoping to stay again for longer sometime soon and explore further this beautiful part of Austria. Highly recommended.

Very nice little apartment, perfect for a few days of vacation. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Good location without needing a car to get anywhere in Saalbach.

Great location, clean accommodation, better in person than in pictures actually! Comfy bed and full equipped kitchen. I would recommend.

We were able to book the apartment in the basement (formerly garage) with Andrea for the ski vacation at short notice and were especially pleased about the great location (close to the elevator, but still very quiet). The apartment was as shown in the photos and we found everything we needed, even for cooking. Check in/out was hassle-free. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully decorated. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a mid-mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always available for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located 5 km down in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.
