El horrin de Claudia is a charming place that allows you to be in the best conditions to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding mountains. We particularly appreciated the traditional side of the house and the unspoiled look of the Ponga Valley. Our daughter will keep in mind the daily interactions with the farm animals. Claudia and José are very welcoming hosts who guided us well in discovering the site.

Great… this is the second time we've gone… and there will be a third for sure. There's no better place... the mill is a privileged place... I'm just saying that you have to go once in a lifetime. Inés, just like the first time... super attentive. Available whenever we needed it. He left us a gift on the door that we have been enjoying all week😊. We stayed 6 nights in mid June to explore the area, do some walking, visit places and to drive some of the scenic routes of the area. The place is high up above the valley up a fairly narrow road and through 2 small villages before you get to San Roman. Our host provided pictures showing how to find the house which was useful. The location is very quiet and surrounded by trees, fields and views of the mountains. Our host also provided lots of useful information about walks and scenic drives in the area, the nearest beaches on the coast and local recommendations where to eat. The cats that live round about kept us amused. We had a great time.

Amazing. Ideal for people and families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist sites and enjoy nature. The stay at Javier's house was very good. Javier is a great host and we felt very comfortable. We even went down one day to eat at the restaurant he runs, where we were able to enjoy an authentic Asturian menu. If you want to go hiking, tranquility and nature, this is the place, and you'll love it. Without a doubt, we would repeat the place and host.
