Very good accommodation and in a very good location by the lake. The accommodation is clean and has a small terrace which is a plus. Nathalie is a great host and super responsive. She is really available for her guests and gives good recommendations. i recommend it without worries

Large part of the accommodation refurbished, has everything to allow a relaxing or sporty or discovery stay, a location allowing you to walk to Annecy in 45 min when the buses (50 m away) are too full or to enjoy the magnificent panorama offered by the green path bordering the lake far from the cars. Bicycles are king around the lake, but pedestrians/walkers also have a special place. Having parking for the car is a plus because outside they are all full. You can leave it there and enjoy without it. Our hosts Alain and his wife lovely and nearby, passionate about their region that they share with us through their information. I recommend this apartment and I think I'll happily return.

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Apartment equal to the photos, very well equipped with microwave, toaster, and even raclette appliance. Very well located, go on foot to the main tourist attractions and markets. Sunshine balcony and cozy apartment. The bathroom sink was a little dirty and the shower sometimes took a long time to heat up. Very clear check-in instructions, but I found it unusual to request not only to wash, but to dry and store everything that was used. Overall, the host was very attentive, I would stay here again. Excellent accommodation! Clean, perfectly matches the photos and fully equipped, with a beautiful terrace. Big plus: public transport is right at the foot of the building, which is very convenient. Check-in is autonomous, which makes it easy to get settled in. The host was very responsive and provided us with all the necessary information. I highly recommend this listing — you won't be disappointed!

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

Good communication with the owner. Clear information. A well-located, quiet home with a magnificent and peaceful view. The apartment was spotless, it smelled good, well equipped with good bedding. A very good restaurant for 2 pas. And all the amenities easy to access. It's a great place that I keep👍

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
