The place is really great! we had a great time ☺️

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. The Nordic bath is a plus. The nearby hikes are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Valerie's place was a lovely getaway. It was pretty much as described. The views in the mountains are very pretty. Overall it's a nice stay. It would be nice if the hot tub had a curtain to pull or some more privacy, as the windows of Valerie's house directly overlook the hot tub. It just doesn't feel like you're alone in privacy as much as the listing makes it sound. It's still nice and the views are great, just would suggest to add a privacy curtain in between the trees there. Overall, I'd still recommend staying at the place for a getaway though.

The apartment is not only spacious and comfortable, but it is also perfectly located to enjoy the lake. The view from the accommodation is simply magnificent. Plus, the hot tub was a real delight after a day of hiking. Dominique and Albert were very welcoming and available, informing us about local places. In short, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

We lived in this temporary accommodation for a month and a half while waiting to find a permanent home. The setting is idyllic and met our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A relaxing, restful place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. I would recommend it 100%. We had a dreamy week at this cottage. The landscape is simply breathtaking, ideal for rejuvenating and enjoying nature. The cottage was impeccably clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. Fabienne is adorable, always available and very welcoming. We spent a weekend in this superb accommodation ideally located in a beautiful green setting. The flexible arrival was very much appreciated, and the warm welcome by Philippe is to be highlighted! Very functional, charming home, beautiful exterior appreciated by our dog. We can only recommend it and would not hesitate to return if we return to the area.

We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all essentials (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Cottage in a peaceful environment 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit tarts. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
