We had a pleasant stay in a very functional accommodation with quality amenities and decoration. The environment is quiet with local shops within walking distance. Laurent is a welcoming and friendly host, he was very discreet and respectful during our stay. We recommend eyes closed.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Thanks to Elsa for her responsiveness in our exchanges and requests. The accommodation is isolated but the directions to find it are clear and detailed. The view is exceptional!! Good location, all activities (paragliding, canyoning, lake, restaurant, city center, etc.) within 30 minutes.

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

We recommend, great communication, with flexibility on the departure and arrival, very accommodating! Very good location, 5 min walk to the lake, 5 min walk to the bus, close to local shops and far from the tourist crowds of Annecy :)

You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

Very well-appointed accommodation and great location to access the lake on foot, the Gardens of Europe, the old town (and with the crowds, we were very happy not to have to take the car!). Super welcoming and friendly host, very responsive in exchanges. Lots of very useful information and explanations, and things in the apartment are really well thought out on the "practicality" side, it's super appreciable. Great location to discover this beautiful city of Annecy!
