Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The accommodation is impeccable, but also the stunning lake and mountain views. Cycling, hiking, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described in the pictures. The view of the lake: wonderful. You can hear the street a little, but it's not loud because of the large park in front of the house. Check-in was hassle-free, communication totally straightforward. We would have liked to extend another night, but unfortunately the apartment was already occupied again. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, from detergent to shower gel, everything was available. You rarely experience this so comfortably. So all in all: top apartment at fair conditions! We would come back here anytime.

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

Nice little house with a beautiful view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep the dust off the ground floor a little when you settle in. My husband, 22-year-old son and I had a lovely 4-day relaxing stay. We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend for a charming stay on lake Geneva. Our family had plenty of space and the apartment had everything you would need. Hugo went above when we were in need of a corkscrew and had one of the neighbors drop one off for us to enjoy our wine!

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Our stay was a real enchanted break! Impossible to tire of the view from the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we were lucky enough to use in the middle of sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding... the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises!

Best accommodation and best host

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

The apartment was bright, friendly and nicely decorated as described. Everything you need is there and you are so close to the water that you feel like you are right on the lake. Evian is easily accessible by car and also on foot where there are many shops and good restaurants.

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description with breathtaking lake views. A small white wine from the region at the reception is a small touch that stands out from the others. Great value for money, I recommend it.

I deliberately chose a place close to the bus stop because my luggage was heavy, and it was easy to find, so it was easy to check in. I was worried because my luggage was large and heavy, but it was nice to have a small elevator so I could move it easily. However, except for the fact that the kitchen was small, so it was a little difficult to wash dishes and cook, and the room was not spacious, communication with the host was very fast and all the requested parts were accepted. It's not an Egudi Mimi view, but it's a mountain and valley view, so the view is very nice, and there are several grocery stores near the accommodation, and it was nice to walk to the center. If I go to Chamonix again, I am willing to revisit.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.
