Royal! Well thought out layout, quiet (even the fridge makes very little noise!), beautiful... Sunny and more greenery than I thought. Access to the hallway by an original external staircase, not suitable for people with little mobility - but anyway you have to be able to climb a ladder to go to bed;-) as shown in the photos. Charles was very responsive to a problem with the shutter and it was easily fixed - in fact just give the remote control time to blow a blow. Thanks

Very nice accommodation, very close to the city center and very well furnished. Personally, I will happily go back on a future trip to Evian.

Home close to everything. Everything is within walking distance including a nice little walk down by the river. Recommended.

Excellent stay at Amber's, everything was perfect in every detail. Beautiful environment with a great view of Lake Geneva. Very nice bright accommodation with all the equipment offered in the description. Very nice small garden with car location to park. We highly recommend this rental which has a lot of major assets and a discreet but responsive host when booking. It is a cozy, bright and spacious apartment in a very likeable quiet village with a wonderful view of Lake Geneva. In the summer, you can dive into the lake in 2 less. The kitchen is full of conveniences, all useful utensils and appliances are provided and basic herbs are also available. The spacious bathroom and bedroom are accessible via a ( quite steep) staircase. In the living room there is a lovely lazy sofa to relax on the loungers:) The apartment is also an ideal base for trips to Switzerland - like Geneva. This was the second time we were here - all in all, so recommended !

We had a lovely stay, quiet, by the lake. The location of the house is ideal and the accommodation is well-equipped. Philippe is very friendly and responsive. We will gladly come back to that.

We spent a very pleasant week in Isabelle's house from where we were able to shine to discover the many must-sees of the region (Gorges de la Loire, Puy en Velay, Mont Mezenc, etc.). Isabelle is very friendly, considerate and helpful. The house is clear and spacious. As for the pool, it made our children happy.

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva
