Fue super flexible en el tema de entrada y salida por lo cual, solo puedo agradecer la amabilidad y buen trato. Recomendable 100%

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Ático con todo tipo de detalles, ventiladores de techo, aire acondicionado por conductos, TV con smart TV, cocina equipada, terraza con pergola, la verdad es que las instalaciones estaban perfectas, plaza de garaje enfrente de las escaleras de la puerta. La zona es enfrente de la playa de las marinicas, que es una playa menos concurrida, perfecta para ir con dos perros, (en septiembre no hubo problemas) y está cerca del centro de Carboneras. No nos pusieron ninguna pega por llevar dos perros y tampoco nos cobraron ningún suplemento. la verdad es que todo bastante bien.

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

Tout été parfait vis à vis du logement cependant nous avons été hors saison de qui a fait qu’il y avais très très peu de chose proposer beaucoup de commerce et restaurant fermé …. Mais Alvaro a été super !! Légère odeur sur le canapé nous avons donc acheter du spray désodorisant

la casa muy bonita y muy amplia. las habitaciones muy fresquitas y por la noche se dormía en la gloria. Las dos habitaciones dan a una terraza. Además la azotea dan la vistas al mar maravilloso. Todo muy bien la ubicación de la casa está genial a 5 min de la playa andando y del centro urbano 10 min además. tiene a 5 min el centro de salud. Excelentísimo trato por parte de Julia muy atenta a todo. Os animo que vayáis esta de lujo.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Lugar acogedor con unas vistas y entorno muy relajante para desconectar. Magnífico diseño y lugar acogedor. Merecería la pena repetir.

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean, very well equipped with everything you could need - and a perfect location next to the beach. It was also very near to many different cafes and restaurants and has a private drive to securely park the car. Everything was perfect for our trip - it was a quiet location in April but might be a little noisy in the summer period. We would be very happy to return. Thank you!

From an American perspective, the venue's sheer scale was striking. Every essential need was met within the premises. The thoughtful design and layout created a seamless experience. The interior design and decor were visually stunning. The ocean view even better. Ample heating provisions were made in each room. This establishment boasted an all-encompassing array of amenities. Notably, it also provided entertainment for children in the form of toys. Although I traveled alone, I anticipate returning to this venue.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Este es el segundo año que vamos y todo fantástico. El piso perfecto, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Repetiremos seguro.

AJ est réactif et clair , son appartement équipé et bien arrangé, contribue beaucoup a la qualité de mon séjours sportif. bien situé car vous pouvez faire les courses, les restaurants et la plage à pied !

Abbiamo soggiorna durante giornate molto calde e ventose. Abbiamo goduto dei ventilatori super moderni senza neanche accendere il clima, che comunque è efficiente e proporzionato alle dimensioni dell'appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato avere 2 bagni e la smart tv. Letti confortevoli. Abbiamo mangiato sul balcone al tramonto. Molto bello. Ed infine abbiamo goduto la piscina quando il mare era mosso. Infine siamo andati a Monsul in poco più di un ora. Posto particolarissimo, ne è valsa la pena. Siamo stati proprio bene!

Juan Carlos place is very nice, it is large with plenty of space, It’s away from the main city which was what we wanted. Nice beaches with locals swimming and also fishing ( and catching fish ). The place is very laid back and walking around is nice.
