Bars, Restaurants, Discos, Strandbars, ein großer Supermarkt und ein großer Wasserpark sind alle fußläufig innerhalb von 20 - 500 m erreichbar. Trotz der Nähe kommt es zu keinerlei Lärmbelästigung im Apartment. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem FKK-Komplex mit schönem Swimmingpool und liegt direkt am FKK-Strand, der Textilstrand ist aber auch in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
