Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Miguel's apartment is really very nice, nice and spacious, lots of outdoor seating options and quiet. Communication with Miguel was also nice. His mother was waiting for us, there was water in the fridge for the first thirst. Garrucha itself may not be the most beautiful village there is, but the atmosphere is good and quiet and it is convenient to visit all kinds of beautiful places in the region.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

Quiet apartment, perfect area for relaxation and with the beach relatively close. Pilar is a sweetheart and made everything very easy for us.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

AJ is responsive and clear, his apartment is equipped and well arranged, and contributes a lot to the quality of my sports stay. Well located because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach!

We had a great time at Amaya's house. We have disconnected a lot. The ocean views from the terrace are wonderful, we have had some beautiful sunrises. The development is very well maintained, it is a pleasure to walk around inside. We used the cold water pool, which was great by the way, with a splash pool for the kids and also the heated pool, which was a delight. The house is next to a small shopping mall that was ideal for shopping and eating, dining out. We especially appreciated the prepared food site that saved us a lot of cooking and really allowed us to disconnect with our children. Amaya provided us with a crib and high chair. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything!

SPECTACULAR: The apartment is even better than what you see in the photos. I'd like to highlight: the cleanliness, the good decoration, it has very good equipment, it is quiet, well insulated from noise (which is non-existent… you can only hear the sound of the sea)… Above all, I'd like to highlight two aspects: the location is incredible, right by the sea and secondly, Gustavo's kindness (he was attentive at all times… he really cares that everything is fine…) Without a doubt, we will return…

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped, it lacks nothing. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and although the jacuzzi had cold water, it was still an unbeatable experience. The area is quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby, which makes it very comfortable. Luigi was a very attentive host at all times. We would do it again without hesitation!

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. David’s apartment was brilliant, even better than the photos! Everything you need to feel right at home. Close to restaurants and right on the beach! David and his brother Steve could not be better hosts, they really want to make your stay perfect and have lots of recommendations for the area. They really went above and beyond for us, the best hosts we’ve ever had for a stay. Cannot recommend this apartment enough, would happily come back and stay for longer. Thanks again for our fantastic week here!!

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

It exceeded expectations, with a lot of privacy, very calm condominium, almost only owners and the apartment is really very close to the pool. I plan to come back!!

We have nothing but positive things to say about this rental. It was EXACTLY like you see in the photos. You don't feel like you are in an Airbnb, it is like a home. The views are AMAZING. We have been coming to Vera Playa a few times a year for the past 5 years and this has been the best apartment so far. Not only because of the location, but also because of the comfort of the home, the design, the cleanliness. Concha, the lady who manages the apartment in Pilar's absence was also topnotch.

We loved our stay in this accommodation. The host on a 10, contacted me to let me know everything I had in the apartment to avoid going very loaded knowing that I was going with children. The home has everything you need and is very quiet with a very nice terrace. We did not know the area and it surprised us, very familiar and with everything close to walk. We hope to repeat.
