La estancia en el piso de Cristina estuvo genial. Genial para ir con niños, está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa. El piso está muy bien equipado y perfecto para una familia. Cristina y su marido fueron muy amables. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Jose Antonio, el anfitrión ha sido muy amable con nosotros desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva hasta que nos fuimos. Hemos estado todo el mes de septiembre muy a gusto. El apartamento nos ha parecido muy acogedor, está bien dotado, es muy cómodo y las vistas son espléndidas. Situado enfrente de la playa y del paseo marítimo. La zona es animada con varios restaurantes, lo que no le resta tranquilidad en las horas de descanso. Nos despedimos animados a repetir.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, zona tranquila. la casa estaba en perfecto estado, utensilios de cocina y menaje varios. La única pega por decir algo que la playa de arena, grande y buena había que ir en coche a Vera, al ir con Niña y ser de piedra era muy incómoda para nosotros.

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement en face de la mer. L'appartement était impeccable à la fois dans la propreté et l'équipement de toutes sortes. Le seul bémol pour nous qui sommes restés un mois a été l’abscence de wifi. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et reviendrions sans souci profiter des lieux qui sont trés apaisants. The apt is really luxurious and much bigger than the photos look. Super clean and really comfortable. Great big TV's. Lots of wardrobes. Very sound proof between the rooms. Great having a kitchen to sit in. Very close to the local massive swimming pool, little parks, hills, seaside, shops and restaurant all walkable in 5mins. I felt very secure here. Lovely safe area with lots of families and schools around but not noisy. Wonderful big dining table. It's so nice I bought a table cloth to protect it. All facilities are of a hich standard the frodge looks brand new. Heating worked well and there's lot's of cosy blankets. I will miss the comfortable sofas. We stayed a month and I would stay here again if I could. Thanks again

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento per 34 notti. Mi sono trovato benissimo e ho particolarmente apprezzato la dotazione degli elettrodomestici, completa ed efficiente. La posizione a 400 metri dalla spiaggia ma sovrastante permette di godere di una piacevole brezza. Durante tutto il soggiorno non ho infatti mai utilizzato l'aria condizionata. Lo stesso complesso residenziale è continuamente pulito nelle parti comuni e la piscina è il prato sono curatissimi. Spero di potere ripetere l 'esperienza nel 2025

La casa de Sandra es simplemente el mejor sitio para disfrutar de Mojácar unos días. Grande, limpia, ordenada, con buen gusto, vistas insuperables (literalmente), tanto desde el salón como desde la azotea. Está, además muy bien localizada, pues aún estando en el centro, la calle es muy tranquila y no se oye el bullicio del pueblo. Además, Tomasina (la persona de contacto de la casa con la que estuvimos nosotros) es encantadora, y tanto ella como Sandra estuvieron pendientes de nosotros desde antes de nuestra llegada. De verdad, una experiencia 100% recomendable. Mi familia y yo echaremos de menos las cervezas en la azotea, así como el pueblo!!! Simplemente maravilloso! Sandra's house is simply the best place to fully enjoy Mojácar for a few days. With plenty of space, clean, tidy and well-decorated, and amazing views from both the living room and the rooftop. Moreover, the house is really well located since even though its centric location, the place is quite calm and silent. Sandra and Tomasina have been always available and helpful since the beggining. My family and me will definitely miss the sunset-beers, our experience at Sandra's is 100% recommendable!!!

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días por la zona. Todo está muy nuevo y la casa tiene todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado ha sido vital para estos días de calor. La urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina abre hasta las 12:00h de la noche y tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos 200 m de distancia. Seguro que volvemos en nuestra próxima visita a Vera Playa.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Hemos pasado una semana increíble mis amigos y yo, la casa es una pasada y que tenga piscina, es un plus. Todo muy bonito y muy buena calidad, para repetir!!! La playa que está al lado muy buena y encima hay locales y supermercados cerca para comprar lo que sea. Recomendable 100% y muy majo!!

Lovely apartment in lovely alley just a few steps from square. Ana was the perfect host - didn’t need to contact her as no problems but bumped into her a couple of times around town.

Muy agradable. un poco aislafo, pero si buscas tranquilidad perfecto. playas a 15 minutos en coche. Comunicacion perfecta.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances d’été dans ce logement, la copropriété est très agréable, l’accès à la plage à pied est un plus.Le restaurant à proximité très agréable avec une carte variée.

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Marie's accommodation is perfect. The location is peaceful and well maintained. There is an allocated parking space under cover. The apartment has everything you require and more besides. The kitchen has good quality appliances, plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery and many kitchen gadgets. The bedrooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds with plenty of bedding available and good wardrobe space. The bathroom has a very large shower cubicle and again there are lots of towels. The lounge has 2 comfortable chairs and a settee. Outside are 2 balconies with 3 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and 3 clothes airers. The wifi worked well. The swimming pool was a good size and there were several sun loungers available to use around it. The beach of Vera Playa is a few minutes walk. There is also a good supermarket, Consum, and several shops and bars nearby. Marie was easily contacted and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

Desde la reserva hasta la salida, Christelle ha sido una anfitriona magnífica. Atenta, y flexible a la entrada y salida, lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco que la piscina de la Urbanización es muy grande , con muy pocos usuarios (ultima semana de agosto), y estaba abierta de 10.00 a 23.00, y no cierra a medio día. . Y aunque hay que ir en coche a la playa, se tarda 5 minutos y sin problemas de aparcamiento.

Sebastian ha sido un buen anfitrión, nos recibió personalmente. El apartamento gana al estar en una comunidad con piscina y parking. La zona está bastante apartada, hay que coger el coche para todo aunque tiene supermercados y locales de ocio cerca.
